This is a 13 acre (5.1 ha) property in Robinson, west of Albany. It is a new property for us so we are currently planting trees to re-vegetate the property. We have an extensive home orchard and several vegetable gardens. Our animals include chickens, geese, ducks and horses as well as rapidly increasing herd of milking goats. I live on an urban block called The Roo‘s Pouch, where I maintain a sustainable vegetable garden and created a community of nice people living with me. I have a lovely natural building studio space, made of super adobe, that is used as a meditation/healing/sacred temple space, set in a lovely slightly wild permaculture garden, with a bee hive, flowers, veggies etc. The studio would be completely your own private space. I am happy to share some meditation/healing practices with you if you are interested. I would love help in the garden, with weeding, mulching, planting, harvesting and helping to make the garden creative, abundant, fertile and beautiful. Also need help going to the beach to collect seaweed for the garden beds. I would like to provide some meals, and have you be independent for some as well. I really like to meet and be social with helpers , and also to spend a lot of time in meditation and writing. I live in a little rural suburb near a beautiful mangrove area , and I am 40 minutes from wilsons prom, and less to other beautiful areas. A drivers license would be very helpful .

My husband, Tony, and I are very happy to offer self-contained accommodation for short stays of one or two weeks for a couple or two friends (any genders) who would like to explore the beautiful Yarra Valley or who are in between jobs (Often longer stays are possible depending on whether we have family coming to stay and using the studio.) Our property, Lavender Farm, is about 6 kilometers from the small tourist town of Healesville in the Yarra Valley. The Yarra Valley is wine-growing region at the foot of the Great Dividing Ranges. It is about 1 hour by car from Melbourne. We have a lemon orchard, vegetable garden, and horse paddocks.
