On May 8th I am moving to the Sydney suburb of Wollstonecraft which is 10 - 15 mins by suburban train from the centre of the city and about 10 minutes walk from both Wollstonecraft and Crows Nest stations. 15 Minutes from St Leonards station. I live between a yacht on Sydney Harbour and a house in a tall eucalyptus forest on the mid north coast of NSW, and need some assistance in working on the house and on another yacht.  I'm a carpenter who worked with National Parks and Wildlife for 25 years before retiring, and live with a small dog Billy.
