Mt.Lawley is 10 mins walk to many cafes and 5 mins walk to the train station and 20mins walk to the CBD. Clackline is 80 km east of Perth, with a class A nature reserve behind and a heritage trail and creek at the front of the mud brick settlers cottage. My guests have the opportunity to stay at Clackline and Mt.Lawley. Work includes shovelling mulch,, demolition of concrete, moving bricks. We also need help in managing a 6000 sq meter block with a garden that needs a lot of work and a big house that needs cleaning. Our house has views and a pool and spa as well as a media room, all of which, we share with you. If you are over 25, we may be able to lend you a small Toyota Yaris which is registered for free Byron Bay parking. This will depend on the fuel situation in Byron. You may be able to use it for short trips into Byron and but you will need to work out how to share the car and petrol costs if we have several helpers staying. Unfortunately, our insurance does not cover younger drivers and without a car, you may find us too isolated as there is no public transport. Looking for anyone interested in helping on our 60ha/150 acre Certified Organic family farm. Accommodation is in an adjacent self-contained cottage so we can cater for small groups or couples. We are located 100 kms west of Cairns with buses from Cairns to Mareeba daily. On our farm we grow tea tree, limes, various vegetable crops and cattle. Work mainly includes, fruit picking (photo), packing (photo), mulching, weeding, gardening, propagating, livestock, fencing & irrigation repairs. . Fishing and boating days when we can get away. Visits to the Daintree and Reef (see photo) Our farm also offers plenty of space to relax exercise, walk, swim or fish in our very own large dam. Hi! We are a family with three children aged 2, 4 and 6. We are on a large, riverside property about 12 minutes drive from Cairns city. The property has a swimming pool and beautiful views over the river and to the mountains. There are horse paddocks and a few animals (horses, cats, dog, chickens, ducks) on the property, as well as plenty of wildlife to see. The main tasks for helpers are cleaning & tidying of the house, gardening (lots!), pool maintenance, feeding animals, helping with food preparation/cooking and (if you happen to be a bit of an artist) there are a couple of painting jobs to be done as well. There is a bus stop nearby so you can easily access public transport and we also regularly go on family excursions where you are welcome to come along and we would love to show you the area. We are looking for help from a couple or 2-3 friends, for 1 week to 10 days, in late June. 4- 5 hours, a day, in the morning ,for outside work, including pruning, weeding, mulching, mowing ,in our small home garden in the Tourist town of Daylesford in Central Victoria. All afternoons and 2 days off a week. You will need to be Non Smokers or Vapers and vaccinated for covid. There are several trains a day from Southern Cross Station, with a connecting bus to Daylesford. We are located within walking distance of local Kangaroos, Bus stop, Gym, Library, Supermarket, Cafes, Shops, Post Office, and Cafe's and Pubs. Our home is only 5 blocks walk from the Bus Stop.
