I am a 47yr old Englishman living with my Greek partner. We have a large land in a small village - Velanidia - in the Peloponnese near the sea. The nearest town - Neapoly - is 30 minutes drive. We would like our visitors to enjoy the beauty of this place and in return give us five to six hours a day to help us with the upkeep of the property. Most of the tasks will be working on the land. You will have your own room, with superb views, and eat with us twice a day. On most days there is free Wi-Fi, provided by the local municipality and can be used from the balcony of our home. We like our visitors to stay for at least two weeks minimum but prefer longer stays. I would like to point out that where we are has a very long summer. Photo1 our home, photo2 local beach, photo3 living room. photo4 sunrise from our land, photo5 the village and photo6 the family. We have space from now for 2 helpers provided they are happy to do some easy painting tasks (skirtings and doors), possibly some ground cover planting. Please read our profile before you write to us!!! Hello lovely helpers, welcome to "Breakfast at Tiffany's" which refers to a movie from 1961. It's also the title of a song from 1993. Before we introduce ourselves I would like to let you know that we are not worried about your skills, we don't expect any experts, but someone who genuinely loves plants and to help. We prefer if you can cook and bake bread or are happy to learn. For us, communication is the most important thing and best is someone who has a sense of humor and fits into our sociable family. If you are a recluse (or even very introvert) and rather hide in your room or look at your phone or can't commit to help due to your circumstances, please don't apply. We like playing (modern/strategic) board games, card games and often play Codenames, Concept, Cascadia, Azul, For...

We are a family of four - Todd, Kate, Wimitja (20) and Kinyin (17). We are in the Adelaide Hills but only 20-25 minutes from the city center. Non smokers only. It's a happy spot here! It is such an amazing time of year here in (nearly) Spring - it is all going on in the garden and in the bush! The hills are very beautiful. We are close to the city and a bus route but in the hills with koalas and kangaroos around... We have many projects on the go like woven fences from grape vines, drainage, pruning, path making, planting natives, building wicking beds, spring planting, mulching, bush regen, painting and more. The hills are very spectacular right now - gardening with a glorious view! We have been Wwoof hosting for many years now and really enjoy sharing life with people from all around the world. Stories, food, work, laughs and all that comes in between. We want to enjoy hosting you and we want you to enjoy being here! We have just been featured in the Grassroots Magazine...

Summer openings for some of August Wow, exploring right outside our backdoor along side the Campbell River on Vancouver Island, is a beautiful place to experience Vancouver Island`s great outdoors this SUMMER with all the wild life right in our back yard :) Although we live on a one acre town lot, our back yard is situated on a cliff over looking an accessible beautiful heritage river, with a nature park setting of ferns, Douglas fir, maple and alder trees. You can often see deer, raccoons, bears and the silver backs of salmon and Steelhead fish jumping in the ebb and flow of the river’s pools. We have trail access to the river below, where you can enjoy listening to the sing song of many birds, tubing down the river/swimming in the heat of the summer, and trying your hand at casting for Steelhead fish. As well, our neighborhood is the access point to many scenic nature hiking, walking and biking trails. The ocean photo was taken a couple of miles from my home and all other photos...

Gardening, housework, light mechanical, a bit of hunting, all sorts of things, never boring.A wicked sense of humor is a good asset to bring. handy to Routeburn and Greenstone tracks. You will need your own internet connection as I don't supply wifi. A bit isolated, not for the precious, no trophy hunters!! Please don't apply unless you intend to come for a minimum stay of two weeks. One person only. We do not get involved with internships or visa applications. Vegetarians and vegans would probably not be comfortable as we eat meat daily. I am off grid and totally dependent on solar, so you have to charge your devices during the day and definitely no hairdryers! Accommodation is a house bus in warmer weather or a room in the house in winter, not shared usually. Lastly I also play the guitar (badly) and sing (worse) but it's all about smile not style :-) , please don't come if you have a heavy cold or flu, I'm involved with the elderly. Cheers Al

Hi, I'm Andrew, thanks for looking at our profile, We are a family of 3 living (Dad and 2 big kids) in the suburbs of Newcastle, about 15 mins drive from the beach. I have 2 kids at home (Liam - 18yo & Anna - 20yo), we enjoy cafes and going to the beach and swimming in the pool. (The photos are some of our local beaches). We also like cycling and playing games, chilling out and chatting with friends. We attend a local church each week and Liam attends the local school which is just up the road. I spend lots of my time renovating (fixing/building) houses, including the house we live in, and love to have people to work with. The house we live in is currently being renovated and an extension is being constructed. Right now I really need help with timber framing - putting the house together - we are currently up to the floor frames and working on getting the rest of the house extension up. Help at work: Generally we ask you to help out in the renovations about 21 hours per week each (n...

Would like an energetic couple or single person to help out with gardening, and housework. We would expect about 4-5 hours help a day in return for free accommodation and meals. Large bedroom and own bathroom. We have animals so, would prefer someone who enjoyed them being around. There are many wonderful places to explore in Hawkes Bay when you are not working. Fantastic cycle ways, tramping trips into the native bush areas, beaches and wonderful wineries. Prefer you to have your own car to get around and beable to see the region.

I live in the little picturesque hamlet of Stanley which is just a 10 minute drive from Historic Beechworth. North East Victoria. It’s approx 3.5 hours drive north east of Melbourne. I need helpxers to provide assistance with lifting heavy items to remove clutter and take to the tip, also some cleaning, gardening, wood chopping and plastering. I am open to taking a couple and there is a self-contained cabin with a double loft bed and ensuite. Although I’ve listed ‘accommodation only’, I will cook and provide some meals when I can. I would like to practice my beginner Italian language skills. I love being a HelpX host! It is so much fun to meet people from other places and other cultures. I have met some of the most wonderful people, some who are now life-long friends. Previously I lived in North Sydney, I then moved to Manly Beach. And now I’ve bought a house in the Victorian High Country.

Accommodation on small farm, peaceful with lovely views, close to Dunedin City in exchange for help with Farm work, chopping firewood (easy to operate log-splitter), moving sheep from paddock to paddock, feeding stock in winter, mending fences, mowing lawns (ride-on), some housework (cleaning), occasional grooming, feeding and helping with horses. We need helpers who are energetic, honest, fun, caring, conscientious, can get on with jobs without requiring supervision and are not glued to a device! Some equestrian knowledge would be good (but not necessary). Plenty of scenic walks nearby and our beautiful beaches are not far away. Local transport (bus service) is 15 minutes walk away so own transport is recommended.

I would be very happy to welcome volunteer teachers who are willing to help at my school for two or three months, or even for a full semester. *I want the volunteers who work at my school to not feel like they are working. Instead, I want them to feel that they are enjoying themselves and having a holiday while staying with us. I run a private English school for children between the ages of 7 and 19 in the small town of Batusangkar, West Sumatra. Hi Lovely Help Exchangers Looking for a Sydney host in early October 2026? I’m looking for two people travelling together for 5 to 7 days. Can be a couple or two friends. Staying here you can walk to surf beaches, wetlands and a lake. Sometimes you can hear the surf from the house. I usually have several projects to do, along with tidying and gardening. Since I’m short and have limits on what I can do after having both knees replaced last year, jobs that involve reaching high places or need two people are a priority. The projects depend on my priorities, your skills and how long you stay. You will get a task list. They might include: • Weeding and pruning the garden • Improving the lawn – aerating, watering and seeding • Spring cleaning the house with a deep clean to prepare it for home swaps • Cleaning exterior fixtures such as the air-conditioning unit, taps, plugs etc. • Painting the last couple of window frames and doors. • Moving items out of the garage for cleanups • Helpi...

Need helpers for mid September. In return for 4 hours help a day I offer you accommodation and all meals in a sunny, warm home where you will have your own bedroom (queen size bed) and own bathroom with the added privacy of being in a separate wing of my house. My sunny home sits atop a hill from which you will have a magnificent view of the township of Blenheim to Cook Strait and the hills of the North Island beyond. Of course if you would prefer to work a full day in order to have a day off in which you could explore the nearby Marlborough Sounds, cycle the wine trails, or walk or climb on any of the formed tracks in this area, that would be just fine. My 40 ha property is a sheep/beef farm most of which is leased. I tend a large garden and care for the drive and tracks, drainage and irrigation and deal with fallen trees. It is help with this work I require.. Therefore most of the work is outdoor, constantly varied, not difficult, with some indoors work on occasions. The farm ...

If you would like a homely, wondrous Blue Mountains experience, nestled in nature, without being surrounded by tourists, you’re welcome to stay with us. You will relax and unwind here, sit in front of the fire in the evenings, drink tea, go on bushwalks, watch the alpacas, and share stories. Then wake to amazing sunrises! Especially quiet for those that have just come from a Vipassana meditation retreat. If you're a rock climber, you can walk to crags at Shipley and Centennial Glen. We have two alpacas, some chickens, and two indoor cats. We live in a new house on a two acres, next to the Blue Mountains National Park. Amazing bushwalks begin at our home. Walk to Govetts Leap waterfall, Evans Lookout, the Grand Canyon, and Blue Gum Forest. We need ENERGETIC help in the yard, mainly splitting firewood. There are lots of small jobs, all requiring good strong MUSCLES. We also need help with BUSH REGENERATION because there are weeds that have invaded the rare and endangered hanging s...

We are near the Shoalwater Marine Park and Penguin Island 40mins from Perth city centre. Very close to public transport, cafes and library. Ideal for beach walking, diving, swimming, cycling, fishing, sailing and windsurfing (beach is 60 metres away). Accommodation would take form of a fully insulated cute tiny garden room with access to undercover cooking area and bathroom. IT is small so please See photos. On week days we are usually working in Perth so we cant provide meals, but a well-stocked supermarket is 200 metres away. When possible we can take turns for meals if possible. We average 2/3 hours a day painting, plumbing gardening and other repairs and can negotiate best time to do that, for example maybe it’s more convenient to do two longer days during the week.Greg is usually available to help you with your car or take you fishing, boating or sightseeing if you’re willing to free him up from his other commitments.

Only 15 minutes along the Great Ocean Road to Apollo Bay. It is preferable to have your own car to get around in this area. The ocean and beach is across the road!

We operate a small husband and wife online plant nursery and in our free time we enjoy taking a wwoofer or 2 out on regular boating trips catching barramundi and reef fish, crocodile spotting, fishing and exploring the islands, snorkeling around the Great Barrier Reef and Whale and Dolphin spotting, ... so we would prefer folks that have an interest in boating/fishing and happy to tie their own fishing knots and set the anchor and dont get sea-sick....The more enthusiastic you are to help preparing the boats and cleaning up after the trips the more enthusiastic we are to take you out.... and the boating when the weather suits is a reward for your hard work in helping us out....we prefer to host people for 2 weeks or longer and this will give the best chance of getting the full experience as well as making a meaningful contribution to our lives and property..

Their room is fully equipped with air conditioning, hot showers, and a spacious private room that is separate from the main house, so they can feel comfortable and relaxed during their stay.* My name is Edison I have a wife, her name is Nofi. I run a private English school for children between the ages of 7 and 19 in the small town of Batusangkar, West Sumatra. Currently, we are tidying up and replanting around our shrubberies. If you are physically fit, strong, enjoy gardening and being outdoor appeals, please get in touch. All food is provided and in return we ask for five - six hours a day (Sunday’s off). If you can use a weed eater that will be helpful. Many thanks 😊

We are near the Shoalwater Marine Park and Penguin Island 40mins from Perth city centre. Very close to public transport, cafes and library.
