We bought this farm 5 years ago because we fell in love with the land and thought this place would be amazing to raise our son. We didn't know anything about (coffee) farming at that point and kind of turned into coffee farmers overnight. After some years of hard work and a lot of learning we now have our own coffee brand Café Finca Sagrado Two years ago, we started offering coffee tours, chocolate workshops, accomodation for tourists, and a two week Spanish course. During this period, we couldn't receive volunteers because it was hard to manage both. Accommodation on small farm, peaceful with lovely views, close to Dunedin City in exchange for help with Farm work, chopping firewood (easy to operate log-splitter), moving sheep from paddock to paddock, feeding stock in winter, mending fences, mowing lawns (ride-on), some housework (cleaning), occasional grooming, feeding and helping with horses.
