We are full probably till early February but if you are keen, there is always the possibility of concellations, so why not try anyway ..just incase😉. Then we shall be looking for reasonably good DIY handymen and women, with some experience in working with wood, capable of working effectively, when necessary, on your own or as a pair and, ideally, someone who also has some gardening experience, but that is not really necessary, learn on the job! 😉👍. Right now I am renovating a 5m dinghy trailer and a 51 year-old, but still very strong 5m Clark brand, aluminium dinghy, fitting remote steering, centre console, etc. You would probably start your stay by helping with this. You need to be a "morning person" who is happy to start work at 07.00 hr, at least five mornings a week, not a night owl. This is to avoid the heat of the afternoons at this time of year. Most of the work is outside but also based out of a well-equipped woodworking workshop and in our vegetable garden just over 1...

Come Spend Some Time in the Coromandel 🌿 We have beaches, we have forests, and we have a very casual relationship with clocks. We’re a couple in our 40s–50s looking for people to share our piece of wilderness with. We have two somewhat manic cats, but we ourselves are fairly chill. Over the years we’ve tried a wide range of hobbies and crafts, from home brewing and cheesemaking to glass blowing and hang gliding (some more current than others!). We enjoy meeting creative people and giving everything a go. We’ve travelled through Scandinavia and Asia and look forward to travelling again, but for now we travel vicariously through our visitors’ stories — and love helping you make the most of your adventures in New Zealand. Our property is 26 hectares of regenerating native bush, with a stream, waterfalls, swimming holes, glow worms, and plenty of space to explore. We’re close to Whitianga, Hot Water Beach, and Cathedral Cove, yet the home itself is tucked into the forest where you can ...

Come and get a real taste of Nu Zulan! Home brew, home made breads and fresh fish daily; fruit and veg from the garden. Swim at the beach across the road, go fishing off the beach.or take out the kayaks and paddle about. Jungle crash up the creek. Take the bike and pedal 2km to Waiomu then 1hr return tramp/jog to some beautiful Kauri. Do an overnighter to The Pinnacles Hut up the Kauranga Valley if yr into the vasr iconic view and like tramping. If you have wheels you can do a great day's trip around the Peninsula. Debs & I are happy boomers on the endless holiday! Loving every second left. However, as we move into the dotage we need help with the massive task of 296, so we are keen to welcome people who want to help. I love meeting people from all over the world ( ive met a few), i enjoy the story of their adventure and hearing about their homeland; maybe even see their home (Utube and Google walkabouts). I need your help to help me realize a ten-year plan. 1. To create garden...

Would like to learn and look after a vineyard, distillery and winery this season, no experience is necessary. Established in 1998 and hosting HELPXers for over 15 years, it is the only certified organic winery in the Perth region. It is situated in the Swan Valley, 7km from Elenbrook and 15km from the Perth airport. The vineyard has 3,000 vines, a large house we live in, a machinery shed, and a winery/distillery on the property. Winemaking occurs during the summer months from January to March. A large, spacious room has a double bed attached to the house with a private entrance. Applications for COUPLES or TWO people are open now. Opportunities for summer vineyard and winemaking work are available now, starting in January 2026. Couples with Visitor visas are also welcome. I want (NON-smoking) volunteers who wish to experience distillery, vineyard, and winemaking work. During the season, there are generally outdoor activities, such as winery and vine work, plus gardening if it is...

Seven years ago, Tim and I moved to our little farm, and we've been busy ever since; growing a garden, planting trees, and learning how to care for the land. We joined Landcare to better understand the local trees and wildlife, especially the ones that need a bit of extra protection. Tim is a retired engineer and has a knack for designing and building, so he’s been having a great time working on the infrastructure around the property. As for me, I’m a creative arts teacher and public health practitioner. I still teach both online and on campus at an Australian university, balancing my work with farm life. One of my biggest passions here is my rose garden with 400 fragrant bushes, and I'm dreaming of making rose water and rose oil one day. We’ve also got a thriving organic fruit and veggie garden, with plenty of fruit trees and a mix of seasonal vegetables. Our dam is well stocked with yabbies, and we’re just a short stroll from the Murray River, perfect for a bit of fishing. I lo...

Kia Ora. I run an Angora goat farm just outside Oxford in North Canterbury. I have 180 very cute goats which I shear for fibre twice per year. I also run smaller numbers of sheep. I farm in a sustainable way and have been trialling some regenerative agricultural practices. I am a keen outdoors person, love walking and climbing and often take helpers tramping, sightseeing, rock climbing or even rafting! I am looking for helpers from mid January 2026 onwards. Jobs include farm work, gardening, housekeeping, servicing and cleaning my AirBnB and learning about our farming systems. You would have your own room and receive all your food in return for 4-5 hours work per day. Those are the typical Helpx conditions. There are usually other Helpxers at the farm and we work, eat and live as a family, sharing housework and cooking tasks. I look forward to welcoming you to the farm!

HI HELPERS!!! WELCOME TO JOHN`S FUN FACTORY!!! BULLETIN: I live in a beautiful isolated Tasmanian mountain valley surrounded by world heritage rain forest and some VERY TALL Trees!(but not as big as the Hinoki trees at AliShan in Taiwan!!) Most of my property is a nature reserve, but I have a 2 Hectare orchard, berry garden and vegetable garden which are all useless! The possums, wallabies and birds eat most of these (trees included!) so we live on ice cream and chocolate biscuits instead! Please come and help us eat the biscuits so I don`t get too fat! Oh, by the way, all the Wallabies are called "Skippy" and they don`t mind a bit of apple or banana occasionally. I have been a volunteer host for 18 years and I have had more than 1700(Yes!!!you read it correctly!) fabulous, lovely, wonderful volunteers stay with me. Many of them have come back for second, third…or even 10th visits!!!!! Work can be really diverse including tree planting, mowing grass, helping to install forest fire...

...The Quiet Retreat, a Lifestyle Property , located on the north East Coast of Tasmania , St Marys. ...!! With only the help of real hard working wwoofer's/ HelpX'ers , I started to build the house and clear the land here 26 years ago, so this place is a BIG BIG credit to all my helpers who worked hard, enjoyed their stay and left their footprint..! As I am now in my late winter years , instead of my helpers assisting me , I assist my helpers LOL , usually in the morning and than we try to cook a meal . I feel that for the helpers who come here, maybe, apart from the usual work, self improvement/development could be one of their priorities... a good library of books is available and some very nice music...and of course "grumpy" me and please understand that I am not a good cook, so help there is esp. welcome, vegetarian only. The good cook , Chen my ex wife , mentioned in a lot of reviews has moved on . In the past I practiced meditation/looked at Zen/Osho/Vipassana etc, ( YE...

We are a fit and active couple in our 70s who have recently bought a home (2021) right by the water on Lamb Island in Moreton Bay, 30km from Brisbane. It has great views over the bay and has good access to fishing, crabbing, safe swimming and boating. There is a fast and regular ferry to the mainland that takes 20 minutes. There are also several other islands nearby that can be explored including North Stradbroke Island that has wonderful beaches and walks and lots of wildlife including koalas, kangaroos, turtles and dolphin and - from June to October - humpback whales. Over the next two years we will renovate and paint the home, install new kitchen and two bathrooms. Graham has some woodworking skill but needs help during that time with various tasks and we are willing to give you a comfortable bed, good food and company and access to bathroom and washing machine in exchange for 4 hours help per day, 5 days per week. Our preference is for a single person or couple who have some skil...

Opportunity opens again! We are looking for helpers available from 15 January 2026. ENJOY THE FREEDOM & BEAUTY OF SOUTH GIPPSLAND. Property is a botanic garden of Australian native plants, many rare or endangered, plus an acre of plants for cut flowers, mainly proteas, banksias and tea trees. Lots of wildlife. We need help with weeding, mowing, mulching, planting and general clean up as the property is too big for the two of us to maintain. Accommodation is very comfortable, private, with fully set up kitchen in a studio style cottage with a queen size bed and smart TV. Recently installed a new electric oven with airfry function. Has split system heating and cooling. It is separate from the main house. It was a very popular AirBnB destination but we have decided not to do it anymore as it is too much extra work. The property is rural; half way between Wonthaggi and Inverloch so having a car is convenient but there are local buses from Wonthaggi. The coast is a 10 minute drive where bea...

My name is Victor and I have been teaching English to young people from my community for 8 years. I have a small school in downtown Tehuantepec near the market, banks, restaurants, and the tropical forest full of coconuts, bananas, and mangoes. Tehuantepec is located 20 minutes from the ocean beach community, Salina Cruz. I am located only a five minutes taxi ride from the local bus station. I am looking for one person at a time to come and work with my students, which includes conversing with my students and teaching if you are able to. My students need more practice talking to people who speak fluent and clear english. I ask for five or six hours a day working with my students and in return I offer a place for you to sleep and one meal a day and a tour around the city to show you my local culture. You can stay for a minimum one week and a maximum of two weeks, but we can make a deal if it works out and you want to stay longer I have lived here all my life and can introduce you...

Gardening, housework, light mechanical, a bit of hunting, all sorts of things, never boring.A wicked sense of humor is a good asset to bring. handy to routburn and greenstone tracks.you will need your own internet connection as I don't supply wifi. ,a bit isolated, not for the precious,no trophy hunters !! .please don`t apply unless you intend to come for a minimum stay of two weeks. One person only.we do not get involved with internships or visa applications.vegetarians and vegans would probably not be comfortable as we eat meat daily. I am off grid and totally dependent on solar, so you have to charge your devices during the day and definitely no hairdryers ! Accommodation is a house bus in warmer weather or a room in the house in winter, not shared usually. Lastly I also play the guitar ( badly ) and sing ( worse ) ,but it's all about smile not style :-) Cheers Al

NOW HOSTING IN SUNNY TAURANGA We are a couple who have a lifestyle block close to Tauranga city (but still in the suburbs). We have two friendly cats, Louie and Mikey-Mikey who are super cuddly. We have two kids in their 20's. Our daughter lives in Hamilton and our son who is living in the UK. There is a bus stop within walking distance, though it's better if you have your own car if you want to explore the area-Mount Maunganui beach is less than 20 minutes away by car. Our home is perched on a steep bank we are in the process of planting with trees and shrubs. We mostly need help with weeding and gardening. The accommodation is in a caravan (with a double bed) which is right next door to the house. You can use the spare bathroom inside the house and the inside kitchen. We look forward to meeting you!

If you ask me this is one of the best thing I got into. Hosting volunteers travellers is the coolest way to meet and make friends with folks that really are into something. you are most welcome to bring your ideas inspirations here and share some energy in helping out. Hi there my name is Daniel. These many years of traveling brought me to that wonderful area near Chiang Mai I got instantly mesmerised by the beauty and wilderness. Here is this wonder piece of land as a place to be close to the nature develop a way to live off-grid.  love for nature creativity incentive mindfullness are the threads. You can bring some ideas, give hand at gardening maintaining the land at construction (learning quite a few trades in the process) In change you’ll have a glimpse at how to survive off-grid in a genuine way ending up in living in a sort of « Perma"  or « Eco » way  very respectful of the environment, not grabbing  too much resource from the universe « mother na I need help ...

Hi, my husband and I live in a beautiful area on a lifestyle farm with our four young kids. We are working on setting up a sustainable lifestyle and there's always something to do! We have beef cows, a milk cow, sheep, goats, chickens, a couple dogs and a producing greenhouse. Would love some help with homesteading, ongoing projects, property maintenance, gardening, and help around the house. If you like your exercise there's a walking track to the top of our property with stunning views at the top. Swimming hole at a beautiful river 5 minutes down the road. Accommodation provided in our family home. You will have your own upstairs sleeping area and a separate toilet. Three healthy meals provided for 4 hours work. We look forward to meeting you!

We have accommodation and shared facilities to offer in exchange for some help. Stay with us from 1 week, or for a few weeks. We have been hosting Helpers since October 2023 and have had people from Germany, Italy, Canada, UK, America, Netherlands and many many people from France. Please note: Unfortunately, we will not have space for helpers from 8th February until the end of May 2026. Looking for a base in the heart of Blenheim? We have a couple of large & sunny spare bedrooms, and could really use your help with painting, gardening, and some basic house maintenance. Feel free to get in touch by WhatsApp. Helpers & lodgers have one of two spacious double bedrooms on the main floor with a toilet and large separate bathroom (with shower & bathtub) across the hallway, plus the downstairs lounge / living room to relax & spread out in. We live mainly upstairs, with an upstairs lounge / living room and bathroom / toilet, but we all share the kitchen & dining area. There's a sunny deck with a BBQ and a garden with veggies & fruit. We have a small friendly dog, 2 cats, and unlimited superfast wifi. We're a middle-aged couple who both spent a great deal of our 20's & 30's travelling, working abroad, skiing & backpacking. We're easy-going & love to spend our evenings...

Hi beautiful people! I’m Christine, a happy spirited former language and arts teacher working across two continents. Since I retired I work in the natural health field. I live on an urban block called The Roo‘s Pouch, where I maintain a sustainable vegetable garden and created a community of nice people living with me. I live in one of the three buildings on this sunny property which runs on rainwater harvesting. We avoid chlorine and contaminates by filtering, harmonizing and ionizing our water. So water conservation is part of life for me. The corner block is in a suburb of Maryborough. There are 3 beautiful public parks surrounding with lots of kangaroos hopping peacefully around, near to the Mary River. The historic city of Maryborough has a lot to offer and is the home town of Mary Poppins. We are only 30 min by car from the ocean in Hervey Bay with wale watching when in season. Hervey Bay is at the doorsteps of Fraser Island/K’Gari. I offer for single or couple a bedroom wit...

Urgent, due to à last minute cancellation we are looking for some help now until ( approximately) February 5th Availability in March Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to look at our presentation We are looking for an active person(s)to walk our two dogs, and take care of our home ( and animals) while we are away. If you would like to join our family and share our meals, light housekeeping could be asked, but mainly regular assistance during your stay: setting the table, emptying the dishwasher, sweeping the floors etc. Our work hours have changed and we feel that we are not giving our animals enough time, so we are looking for people that enjoy the outdoors and nature and would be willing to help with the animals. Also we need to have a steady presence for the dogs. ( although there would be enough free time, to explore the environment and undertake other activities.) Must be comfortable with large dogs, as they are really big and fluffy. We also have a cat, who needs food, bu...

In spare time we can go to the local Rivers (Baron Gorge), local swimming holes or hiking. Task also involve house work and gardening. The work is not hard, suits male or females and is always varied, recreational activities after work as swimming, hanging out at the beach and camping.

Join Our Home in Walnut Creek: A Unique Opportunity for Connection and Support Hello! My name is Bruce, and I’m looking for a reliable, friendly person to assist me with everyday life while also forming a meaningful connection. Hello from the beautiful Dandenong Ranges of Melbourne! Help urgently needed right now (Feb 20) we need two strong helpers to move gravel and build a retaining wall - just a simple one with a sledgehammer screwdriver, not concrete or digging holes, move some wood - one week only due to it being the fire season. You specifically need DIY hands on knowledge with basic carpentry, building and power tools. You will need to know how to use a drop saw, a chainsaw, a drill and an angle grinder. We have lots of projects to complete. Please do not apply if you do not know how to use power tools! We also need strength to move some large logs to create a dam. I am a self-employed ARTIST in a very colourful home. I have 2 dogs, 4 chickens, 6 goats and 2 lovely human flatmates. EXPECTATIONS Enthusiastic, trustworthy English-speaking helpers who enjoy a laugh, practical and can work INDEPENDENTLY. There are several varied DIY projects on the go. Most of the work is outside, you need to be physic...

We have a couple of large & sunny spare bedrooms, and could really use your help with painting, gardening, and some basic house maintenance.

I live in Kuranda, but travel often so plenty of opportunities to see new places. I'm a beekeeper that works between Cairns and Cooktown. This time of year my work is situated north of cairns so there plenty opportunity to explore north were not alot of tourist go. The work involves collecting bee hives for honey extraction and queen bee rearing this gives us plenty of time to explore.

About Me and Our Home I broke my neck at 18, resulting in lifelong use of a wheelchair. Despite this, I pursued multiple degrees and have built a fulfilling life with my wife, Kim. We live in a cozy three-bedroom home in Walnut Creek, just 28 miles east of San Francisco. Our household includes our service dog, Bennett, a future service dog in training (Dorothy, our third), and two cats, Edna and Scarlett. Your Role & Contribution While Kim is my full-time caregiver, I need help with tasks that offset my paralysis, including: - Household Tasks – Light cleaning, keeping the kitchen tidy, and helping with laundry. - Personal Assistance – Bringing me food, water, and other necessities I can’t manage on my own. - Driving & Companionship – Taking...

We are a small family and community project in Northern Sardinia, building an off-grid educational ecovillage surrounded by nature. We welcome people who want to share a simple, meaningful lifestyle with us and contribute to our growing dream. There are different ways you can help, depending on your skills and interests: 🌱 Gardening and food growing (regenerative vegetable garden, planting trees) 🛠️ Infrastructure building and maintenance (simple structures, drainage, fencing, pathways) 🍽️ Help in the kitchen and daily chores 🧒 Spending time and playing with our children (we have kids aged 5 and 3) We ask for about 5 hours of help per day, with 2 days off each week. Tasks are usually decided together, based on current needs and your personal preferences. 🏡 Accommodation options include: A beautiful, cool private room in the main house A renovated private room in the secondary building (the room is complete and comfortable, even if the house is still under renovation) A 5-met...

Stay with us by a beautiful lake, wake up to the sound of birds, enjoy the sunrise from our beach, disconnect from the noise, become more sustainable, feel the essence of nature and climb the volcano where we live. We are looking for self-sufficient and collaborative individuals to join our team of four volunteers dedicated to maintaining and guarding the property. We offer a straightforward exchange: your work in return for food. If you value independence, don't mind routine tasks, love being surrounded by nature and embrace a self-directed way of living, this could be the perfect fit for you! ---- 📢 📢 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘: 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝘀, 𝘄𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.
