Currently not looking for helpers Hi I'm Pauline and I. Looking for a chatty french speaker to improve my french. I was in France in September and October 2025 and want to improve some more If the weather is good we'll also do some work outside weeding in my native bush ( I've planted over 7 000 trees!) and trimming hedges but maybe you have some other skills that would be helpful that we could use. There will be plenty of opportunities to do a bit of English speaking. Work is 4 and a half hours a day. It would be pretty physical for about 4 hours as my place is on a hill. I'd work alongside you lots of the time , hopefully practicing my French A2 level, :-( The missing half hour is to help with cooking or dishes! Food is filling vegan, I think you'd enjoy it! Please only text on my new phone number 029 043 12305 I have a glitch with listed email Accommodation is in a single room in our newish house. I have internet, BUT it is a Hotspot off my phone. There is a library with ...

We’d love to share our peaceful, nature-filled home with you if you appreciate organic gardens, simple living, and stunning sunsets. Our large property is less than 5 minutes drive from Collingwood and Milnthorpe beach/park, 20 minutes to Takaka, half an hour to the beginning of the Heaphy Track and 50 minutes to the Abel Tasman Park. we look out towards north-west and have the most amazing sunsets! See for yourself. The property is not certified organic but we adhere to organic principles. We also own a local Organic Shop which keeps us busy hence our need for help on the property. There's a lot happening on our land, vegetables gardens, a berry cage, a wonderful glasshouse and a countless trees of various species, both for food and for firewood. Would like an energetic couple or single person to help out with gardening, and housework. We would expect about 4-5 hours help a day in return for free accommodation and meals. Large bedroom and own bathroom. We have animals so, would prefer someone who enjoyed them being around. There are many wonderful places to explore in Hawkes Bay when you are not working. Fantastic cycle ways, tramping trips into the native bush areas, beaches and wonderful wineries. Prefer you to have your own car to get around and beable to see the region.

We have a basic but lovely country home located by the Rangitikei River. We are about 25 minutes from the nearest shop in Hunterville as well as our local pub which is located about 10 minutes away. My husband and I have a 3 year old son Joseph and a 1 year old baby Makayla. We do our best to live off the meat that we hunt and the vegetables we grow. I'm looking for someone to help out with our veggie garden and with general work around the house or with projects that I might be doing at the time of your stay. Our wood shed is currently in need of some repairs so if you are someone that is interested or has experience in building or repairs then you would be a great fit however if this job wouldn't suit you then there's plenty of other chores to do. You'd be looking at around 4 hours of help per day in exchange for food and accommodation. We live on my husband's parents Deer, Sheep and Beef farm. We have 2 pet dogs and a few working dogs as well as some very friendly pet sheep. Che...

Hi, my name is Marianne. I live on a classic New Zealand "tree quarter acre section" on a north facing (all day sun) hobbit hill, looking down to Oamaru. If you arrive early enough at my kitchen window or even up on the jungle hill behind the cottage, you can see the sea and watch the sunrise. A 10 minute stroll down Eden Street gets you either to the CBD or to the shoreline. I am providing three basic meals per day as well as a comfortable and quiet room for your stay and to relax after our daily four hours of working together "out there", somewhere on some befitting project. Currently the main focus is on landscaping, forging a pathway up the hill via carving out soil on one side and adding to the other side, creating little embankment walls in the process. Most of these embankments will be made from recycled Oamaru natural stone, a few with recycled glass bottles. Our white Oamaru sandstone has attracted various sculptors to our town, because it is soft enough to be cut and carved...

Hi beautiful people! I’m Christine, a happy spirited former language and arts teacher working across two continents. Since I retired I work in the natural health field. I live on an urban block called The Roo‘s Pouch, where I maintain a sustainable vegetable garden and created a community of nice people living with me. I live in one of the three buildings on this sunny property which runs on rainwater harvesting. We avoid chlorine and contaminates by filtering, harmonizing and ionizing our water. So water conservation is part of life for me. The corner block is in a suburb of Maryborough. There are 3 beautiful public parks surrounding with lots of kangaroos hopping peacefully around, near to the Mary River. The historic city of Maryborough has a lot to offer and is the home town of Mary Poppins. We are only 30 min by car from the ocean in Hervey Bay with wale watching when in season. Hervey Bay is at the doorsteps of Fraser Island/K’Gari. I offer for single or couple a bedroom wit...

We can have a couple or 2 friends that dont mind sharing We are a family-run flower farm growing a wide range of seasonal blooms including roses and lilies. Our flowers are harvested fresh and sold through our on-site farm shop, to local florists, and to wholesale customers, so the farm is always busy and changing with the seasons. As a HelpX helper you’ll be part of our small, hardworking team and experience genuine farm life. Work is hands-on and varies depending on the time of year, but can include picking flowers, bunching, cleaning and preparing blooms, tidying garden beds, weeding, general farm maintenance and helping keep things running smoothly. The work can be physical at times, but it’s rewarding and you’ll see the results of your effort straight away. This is not a resort or retreat — it’s a real working farm — but it’s a warm, friendly environment where helpers are appreciated and treated like part of the team. We value people who are reliable, positive, and willing to giv...

I'm Thanasis, a 45 years old greek man living in the South of the Peloponnes. I'm a farmer, with oranges trees and some olive trees. I also have a shop, mainly selling coffee that I roast on site. I need help all the year to maintain the big farm (orange and olive harvest, trees pruning, pick-up fallen oranges, and so on..) If you come, you will have your own room (1 for a couple or separate), and access to all the rest of the house (kitchen, bathroom...). I like to share the meal, and provide food if you want to cook. You also can use WI-FI connection. You could enjoy the life between the farm and the city of Skala Lakonia, wich offer a lot of coffee shop, restaurants, and any kind of stores. Minimum stay is 2 weeks, to allow time to learn about life on the farm. I need help for a maximum of 5 hours per day, 5 days per week, depending on the weather. I really like to meet new people and introduce them to Greece history. I practice karaté (three times per week) and would be happy t...

At the moment we are in the process of landscaping the surroundings and working on final details, we are looking for helpers who likes to be outdoors and challenge themselves with different chores like assisting with landscaping , gardening, painting, and sit around the fire in the evening and chill. All task performed are tailored to your personal ability. Winter February 2026 - opening as of Feb 8th Wow, exploring right outside our backdoor along side the Campbell River on Vancouver Island, is a beautiful place to experience Vancouver Island`s great outdoors this winter with all the wild life right in our back yard :) Although we live on a one acre town lot, our back yard is situated on a cliff over looking an accessible beautiful heritage river, with a nature park setting of ferns, Douglas fir, maple and alder trees. You can often see deer, raccoons, bears and the silver backs of salmon and Steelhead fish jumping in the ebb and flow of the river’s pools. We have trail access to the river below, where you can enjoy listening to the sing song of many birds, tubing down the river/swimming in the heat of the summer, and trying your hand at casting for Steelhead fish. As well, our neighborhood is the access point to many scenic nature hiking, walking and biking trails. The ocean photo was taken a couple of miles from my home and all other ...

We run our pottery business from home and look after our organic gardens, small orchard and numerous chickens. We have traveled widely ourselves and hosted travelers for over 10 years with another organisation, so are interested in HelpX for both the cultural exchanges and to be able to share our lifestyle with others while getting some help around the property. We are looking for enthusiastic helpers for help with things around the property such as gardening, wood collecting, cleaning, painting, general maintenance and other tasks depending on the season. Just 10 minutes from Lismore and 5 mins from the Northern Rivers Rail Trail, our elevated, 9 hectare property at Rock Valley, is also within easy reach of the Border Ranges National Park and the coast. The farm is our long-term project to improve local biodiversity, and supports a growing population of amazing native wildlife. We share an interest in landcare, creative arts and community with a network of nearby friends, experienced in bush regeneration and propagation. We are very grateful for any help but most of all love the opportunity to share others' skills and experience, and having time to get acquainted. The workload is variable depending on the weather and season, but generally fun, and usually followed by morning tea. Accommodation is a fully restored, air-conditioned cottage, located 50 metres from the main house.

We live on a 5 acre hobby farm in the beautiful Huon Valley, Southern Tasmania. Our family consists of three young adult children (two live at home), two horses, many chickens, ducks, geese, goats and two gorgeous dogs. We grow organic vegetables and breed heritage chickens in an attempt to be more sustainable. Jobs involve general gardening, helping with the animals and housekeeping. If you would like a Tassie small farm experience message us with some details of the work you have previously done. We have separate accommodation, with a bathroom. All our HelpXers have loved working and living with us and I hope you will too (please remember Tassie is a cold place in winter). There are many areas of natural beauty in Southern Tasmania which are all fairly close to us. For example, the Hartz mountains, Hastings Caves and the Tahune Airwalk. We live close to a sleepy village called Cygnet and Hobart is only a 40min drive away. (Unfortunately we can't approve 2nd year visas)

Hello Helpx helpers. Now offering farmstay accommodation in the BEST part of the Adelaide hills. We may be biased but we wouldn't choose to live anywhere else. Springs is here and Summer is coming soon and we would love some help. Please check our reviews if you think you will fit in here. We are happy to have people for short or longer term if they enjoy learning on the farm and seeing the local area. The cozy caravan is currently available for helper use. Cozy and private away from the house so you will have your own space. We are currently setting up the market garden (vegetable garden) and hops (used in the manufacturing of beer) garden for the 2025/26 growing season. Planting seedlings, potting on seedling, weeding, mowing, bed preparation, fruit tree pruning and netting. Very easy work which is always easier with some extra hands. Beautiful and quiet Adelaide Hills Location. Close to Hahndorf, Stirling and Bridgewater. Plenty of local nature walks. We have all sorts of ani...

Hi, we are a family that lives in the south of Italy in the beautiful region of Puglia; in the countryside but not too far from the sea. We have a family-run business in the Cisternino countryside, with holiday homes for tourists, riding stables and recreational activities. Looking for a person who can help in various activities; really interested in the life of the campaign and learning different tasks such as: carpentry, wrought iron, construction, painting, maintenance of the garden and agriculture, but also request for help in the relationship and management of tourists who stay with us. Having 4 children already, we only look for completely independent and flexible people. Musicians and artists in general are welcome (Juan the owner is also a musician). This is a small & gentle place for animals to be at liberty. We offer a down to earth space to be with animals as friends. We have a humble, rustic and peaceful place available in return for maybe 3/4 hours day which may involve help with the animals, cleaning and fixing pens, gardening and we will take advantage of what ever your skill is. We are approx 1.5 hrs north of melb suburbs, 1.5 hrs from the NSW border. Close to Nagambie township, lake, Goulburn river. We drive into Nagmabie most days, Seymour a few days a week and Melb suburbs once a week so transport isnt a problem. Feel free to contact us with any questions, we look forward to meeting you.

I live in a beautiful Victorian house, close the most famous walks in the Blue Mountains. I have a big garden lots of trees and birds. You will have a big and very pretty room (see photos) Easily accessible from Sydney Airport (less than two hours train) then a quick walk from the station. I can come and pick you up if you have bags. This is my first experience with HelpX .I am French Australian and I live alone . I sometimes dog sit in my house . There is plenty of room in the house and I am in Sydney 3 times a week where I work as a teacher in an international college. You will have the house to yourselves during this time . I'm looking for handy people with a background in renovation. I'm happy to show you around .

Fantastic location close to buses and trains (2 minutes walk). We are very close to Sydney centre (10 minutes by train). A big sunny private room is available with a queen size bed. House is fully furnished. We are very excited to meet people from around the world. We are respectful of others and prefer no smoking inside. We are setting up an organic garden, and would love assistance! We are looking for someone who can help around the house e.g. cleaning, handyman work, gardening, landscaping etc. People with building skills and/or mac computer experience most welcome! In exchange for the room we ask you to help for a total of 12 hours per week per person. We are flexible how you complete your hours, so long as they total 12 hours each per week. Please note the house is being renovated at present. The bedroom has a super comfortable queen bed. It is basic but very liveable. Internet access included. We do not supply food, however you are most welcome to use the kitchen, ...

We are ceramic artists who live on our 1 hectare property about 20km inland from the beautiful Doubtless Bay area. In exchange for 4 hours work a day, 5 days a week we will provide you with all meals, but ask that you join in with the preparation, and accommodation in the funky little cabin with it's own veranda.  We will be happy to include you in our lifestyle, maybe you'll be there to go Friday night fishing on our yac...

Hi, I’m Annie :) Thanks for stopping by! Looking for help *** from now through February/ March , 1 wk - 10 days work for a couple *** At the moment I'm looking for help with Spring cleaning in the house and garden work; mulching, light pruning, fertlising, tidying up garden and some indoor/ outdoor house work. Mostly this would be cleaning spider webs off gutters, garden maintenance and window/ blind cleaning, cleaning out pantry, kitchen cupboards, cleaning oven, etc. It would be useful is someone was confident with a drill and some very basic carpentry work, to hang some outdoor ornaments. I'm sorry but I can't help with 2nd Year Work Visas. I usually invite Helpers for 1 week and see how it goes. Own vehicle required. My home is in Dunsborough, part of the famous Margaret River Wine region in the South-West of Western Australia. Dunsborough is a beautiful, quiet coastal town, with great facilities. Nearby are wild oceans and awesome surf, sleepy bays, beautiful wineries and...
