Permaculture project with idea and space to create an eco-village. This is a place of peace and tranquillity. There is a yurt with a Queen and single bed which would be your accommodation but of course you would be welcome in the house at all times. Coochiemudlo is a quick 10 minute ferry trip from Victoria Point where buses can regularly take you in all directions. On the island we have a local bus which will pick you up or deliver you for a gold coin. I have an island car, a bike and a kayak. There will be some weeding, mowing and whipper snipping (weed cutting). I ask for 20 hours a week in return for accommodation and meals. We are a stud farm in West Wales, We sometimes need help with the horses, help to cut back overgrown hedges, gardening, fencing, painting, cleaning, farm work and housework. Accommodation is a very nice flat on the farmyard. We are one mile from the bus stop at Aberarth and three miles from Aberaeron, lifts are offered into town when we go. There are many coastal footpaths in the area much enjoyed by our helpers.
