Dodges Ferry is a village with beautiful beaches, some shops (IGA, Chemist, Bakery, Coffee Shop) and a magnificent community garden. Great cafes overlooking the main beach. It is very relaxed. Local bus service go to Sorell, about 20 minutes, and Hobart, 1 hour. My house is 5 minute walk to the bus stop. I have some spare bicycles for guest use, and wifi. Accommodation is in the house. We are in the process of renovating an old house in the Pyrenees. There is only decorating to do such as stripping paint of walls and woodwork, and repainting. There might be the occasional carpentry to do also, nothing too complicated. We need help 5 hours per day, five days per week. Weeding, pruning trees, making paths. I live in Kuranda, but travel often so plenty of opportunities to see new places. I'm a beekeeper that works between Cairns and Cooktown. This time of year my work is situated north of cairns so there plenty opportunity to explore north were not alot of tourist go. The work involves collecting bee hives for honey extraction and queen bee rearing this gives us plenty of time to explore. In spare time we can go to the local Rivers (Baron Gorge), local swimming holes or hiking. Task also involve house work and gardening. The work is not hard, suits male or females and is always varied, recreational activities after work as swimming, hanging out at the beach and camping.

Our organic mountain farm (800 m above sea level) 50 km south of Grenoble is located in the Vercors Regional Park in the Alps. Our main activity is horse breeding on 150 ha and 300 ha of mountain pastures. The Trieves plateau is sought after for its wide open spaces and unspoiled tranquility. We raise Mérens (a hardy mountain breed: Mérens ), ponies, and a few donkeys. In the summer, we visit our two mountain pastures located between 1,300 m and 2,200 m above sea level, both for the pleasure of hiking and to keep an eye on the main herd of horses, in addition to haying, harvesting, and caring for the animals that remain on the farm.
