Hello! We are a couple working on building a rural guesthouse in the Ribera Valenciana, just outside Valencia city. Our vision is to create a beautiful, LGBTQ+ friendly space for visitors, and we’re excited to invite helpers to join us during this exciting process. While our guesthouse isn’t open yet, we need enthusiastic helpers to assist with farm work and various maintenance tasks as we continue to build. We’re looking for individuals who can help us and who are excited to contribute to bringing our dream to life. If you’re interested in being part of this journey, please get in touch!

Helpers welcome in March who enjoy outdoor work! If you are a self starter , capable of using your initiative, we would love to welcome you to help us prepare our allotment for the new season. I am a retired English teacher with an interest in all things organic. I live with my husband Richard who is also retired, and we have one dog. Our children and grandchildren play a large part in our lives, we often take care of the small children, and sometimes they come to stay. We will help the volunteer to improve their English, and you have a comfortable bedroom and bathroom and good food which is mainly vegetarian. We now live in a bungalow very close to the beach, and since we have only recently moved in there are so many jobs to sort out. We love growing both food and flowers, so in addition to quite a large garden we also have an allotment where we are learning to grow our favourite foods. There is a small orchard in our garden, ten apple and four pear trees, which need lots of ...

Kia Ora travellers! I live with my dog, Nala, in a beautiful big and warm house on a 27 acre life style block with native bush and a little creek. I have an organic vegetable garden and orchard growing fresh vegetables, hazelnuts, walnuts and chestnuts. You can also enjoy great views of the Banks Peninsula from here, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s only 1 hour away from Christchurch city and 30 mins from Akaroa, a lovely seaside town with a rich French heritage. I used to be a Tour Guide for overseas tourists, so I know every nook and cranny of the Great Aotearoa. I would be happy to share with you our culture, history and many stories. I also used to host overseas backpackers when living in Christchurch and I always enjoy having company and learning about cultural differences. There is plenty to do to keep busy and be creative - planting trees, pruning, cleaning up bonfires, getting stuck into the big garden. Work hours are flexible and will be max 4 hours (mos...

We have been hosting helpers for over 12 years, in Queensland, Victoria and now the far south coast of NSW. We have recently moved from a 600 acre wilderness retreat to a house on a headland in Tathra, a wilderness of a different kind, with the sea in all its moods, and National Parks within easy reach. The headland walking track is literally across the road, and Tathra main beach is a 20 minute walk. We offer accommodation in a cosy bedroom with its own bathroom (also household laundry). The room has a sea view, and is private from the rest of the house. We share kitchen and living spaces, and generally share our meals together. The work required is 4-5 hours work a day, helping with gardening, landscaping and occasional building. We are looking for people who want who are fit, strong and happy to work outdoors. Please bring suitable clothes, boots and hat. There may be occasional days working on our daughter's property, a simply gorgeous location in the Bega hinterland, with t...

AVAILABILITY we are currently booked until the end of March Hello! We’re Josie and Mel. We would love to share our quiet but playful home with you. We live in a welcoming and progressive neighbourhood in Hobart, Tasmania. It is our oasis from the crazy world. We are a queer couple: one a professional gardener (training to be a therapist) and one a teacher. We have many interests, are widely travelled and love meeting people. We are lucky to have the best of two worlds. Our house sits in the foothills of Mount Wellington with beautiful views surrounded by trees and bird song. We are also very close to bus services into the city, which is an 8-minute drive away. There’s a hammock on our deck and we have bush walking at our doorstep. We are regularly visited by wallabies, pademelons, cockatoos, ravens, honey eaters, and if lucky, a platypus in the creek. You are welcome to peruse our many books if you are interested in spirituality, environment, poetry and psychology. Our piano and gui...

Kia ora, travellers! Haere mai - welcome - to my whare (home) in beautiful Honeymoon Valley, surrounded by native rainforest, birds and insects. We built this eco-earth house using local clay from right under our feet. This land used to be just grass, but after 30 years of caring for this whenua, it now has mature trees, orchards, and organic gardens. Life here is peaceful and quiet, perfect for enjoying nature I am part of the local landcare group, helping protect our native forest, birds, lizards, and insects. We trap predators and remove invasive weeds. You could help with organic/permaculture gardening: vegetables, flowers, herbs, fruit trees, chickens, mowing, brush-cutting, compost-making, maintenance and fixing things (basic carpentry, painting), sewing, cleaning, chopping firewood. I bake bread. I make apple cider vinegar, bottle fruit, jam, chutney, sauerkraut, and collect seeds. My place fits independent, mature helpers who have work & life experience. I work at our local...

I am an Irish filmmaker recently relocated to rural France, where I am developing a filmmaking residency and independent creative retreat in a 150-year-old French manor house. The property includes a 20+ room château-style house and two vast barns, which I am in the process of transforming into a fully independent film and arts studio complex. The long-term vision is to host filmmaking residencies, Kino Kabaret events, writers’ retreats, and film-industry masterclasses, alongside screenings, collaborative productions, and summer open-air theatre. This is a hands-on, evolving creative space designed for filmmakers, writers, artists, and curious makers who want to live and work together in a quiet, inspiring setting. The barns are being converted into:a 30-seat cinema / screening room editing suites a recording studio additional artist studios and workshop space Inside the main house, the work is largely restoration: painting and decorating historic salons and bedrooms, laying tile and w...

Would like an energetic couple or single person to help out with gardening, and housework. We would expect about 4-5 hours help a day in return for free accommodation and meals. Large bedroom and own bathroom. We have animals so, would prefer someone who enjoyed them being around. There are many wonderful places to explore in Hawkes Bay when you are not working. Fantastic cycle ways, tramping trips into the native bush areas, beaches and wonderful wineries. Prefer you to have your own car to get around and beable to see the region.

FULLY BOOKED FOR 2026!!! Hi there :) My husband and I, together with our baby (October last year) and our Samoyed Bella, are offering you your own bedroom in exchange for some light work in the house and/or garden and some easy babysitting. Jobs that need to be done may include gardening, cutting branches, taking care of the chickens, cleaning, some household chores, babysitting, meal prep (maybe with some dishes from your cultural background?), and dog walking. Most of the time, you are quite flexible concerning when you want to work. We expect helpers to work around 4 hours a day, 7 days a week. You are free to talk to us and switch hours so you have a day or weekend off. Our beautiful, small village has a train station with a direct train to the city Nürnberg. This is definitely worth a day trip. If you want to stay closer to home, there is a lake which is great for swimming that's about a 10 minute walk from here. In general, you can go on nice walks here. If you do, we ki...

We are a fit and active couple in our 70s who have recently bought a home (2021) right by the water on Lamb Island in Moreton Bay, 30km from Brisbane. It has great views over the bay and has good access to fishing, crabbing, safe swimming and boating. There is a fast and regular ferry to the mainland that takes 20 minutes. There are also several other islands nearby that can be explored including North Stradbroke Island that has wonderful beaches and walks and lots of wildlife including koalas, kangaroos, turtles and dolphin and - from June to October - humpback whales. Over the next two years we will renovate and paint the home, install new kitchen and two bathrooms. Graham has some woodworking skill but needs help during that time with various tasks and we are willing to give you a comfortable bed, good food and company and access to bathroom and washing machine in exchange for 4 hours help per day, 5 days per week. Welcome to our peaceful goat farm and homestead in the beautiful Central Coast of California! We're a semi-retired couple with 20+ years of experience living off the land. Our 6-acre farm is home to dairy goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, turkeys, bees, and gardens. We do everything from milking goats and making cheese to processing lamb and poultry, fermenting vegetables, baking sourdough, and even teaching quilting and rug weaving. We host ONE helper at a time to provide a personal and immersive experience. You’ll stay in a cozy, private trailer next to the house and share the guest bathroom. We cook and eat three healthy, mostly organic meals together every day using food we raise or organically source. Our lifestyle is omnivorous, mostly gluten free and we do not host vegans, vegetarians, or dairy-free guests—you’d miss out on too much! We ask for help with daily chores like milking, feeding, cleaning pens, gardening, and kitchen work. Afternoons are usually free, and in your downtim...

We live in a fun share house in Maryborough, Marry Poppins Town, with awesome meals and a big edible garden. We're Mars, the owner of the property and Tracy, a former theatre/restaurant owner who's cooking the most awesome meals and looking after everyone like a mum. There're 2 adorable dogs in the family, so you must be a dog lover. Also 6 chicken, so we always have fresh eggs. We need help with building and creating, and with an awesome but overgrown edible garden. We're about to get ducks in addition, we're about to put 12v solar power into the rooms, also natural air-conditioning and are finishing up the spa bath in the 2nd bathroom... so there's a bit for you to learn and lots of knowledge to take home. We like to work with fun and laughter and love to see you letting a bit of your craziness out. Be yourself and join the family... We have had awesome experiences with travellers so far 😃. Besides having a few rooms available, there're also 2 campervans if you have the desi...

Availability in May/. June Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to look at our profile. We are looking for an active person(s)to walk our two dogs, while we are at work and take care of our home ( and animals) if we are away. If you would like to join our family and share our meals, light housekeeping could be asked, but mainly regular tasks during your stay: setting the table, emptying the dishwasher, vacuum the floors etc. Our work hours have changed and we feel that we are not giving our animals enough time, so we are looking for people that enjoy the outdoors and nature and would be willing to help with the animals. Also we need to have a steady presence for the dogs. ( although there would be enough free time, to explore the environment and undertake other activities.) Must be comfortable with large dogs, as they are really big and fluffy. We also have a cat, who needs food, but not too much, as he likes it way too much! The cat is the boss of the animals but doesn't bit...

I would be very happy to welcome volunteer teachers who are willing to help at my school for two or three months, or even for a full semester. *I want the volunteers who work at my school to not feel like they are working. Instead, I want them to feel that they are enjoying themselves and having a holiday while staying with us. Their room is fully equipped with air conditioning, hot showers, and a spacious private room that is separate from the main house, so they can feel comfortable and relaxed during their stay.* My name is Edison I have a wife, her name is Nofi. I also have two children, Ochta (32 years old) and Fadlil (12 years old). Ochta can speak English. I run a private English school for children between the ages of 7 and 19 in the small town of Batusangkar, West Sumatra. My goal as the principal of the school is to provide youth from my region with the English skills required to communicate better in the modern world, and therefore provide them with better opportunities ...

Hi! We've had a few Helpers (WOOFERS) and have really enjoyed the experience. I believe they have enjoyed their stay too. Our adult kids have moved out (one into Hamilton, the other over to Sydney), so it's just the two of us in a 5-bedroom house. We live on a rural lifestyle property, which is a 10-15 minute drive outside Hamilton city and a one-hour drive south of Auckland Airport. The property is just under 1 hectare - one-third is grounds and garden, and two-thirds is paddocks. We run 4 alpacas and a beef steer. We also have a cat called Bella and a huski-shepherd cross dog called Kayla that both live in the house so Helpers must be comfortable around cats and dogs. We're looking for guests to help around the house (cleaning, gardening, etc.) and property, which might include feeding and handling the alpacas (under our direction). We would also love it if you would cook an evening meal or two. If the Helpers are comfortable with Kayla (and she is comfortable with the Helpers...

Hi We’ve been travelling for a while but are now home & the cabin is available. Please send a message if you would like to book in. We also have a various small projects that you might like to get involved in. Please get in touch if you would like to help us. We live in paradise. We are located just 300 metres from beautiful Yaroomba Surf Beach, on a quiet suburban block that is in need of some gardening help. If you enjoy being outdoors and working in the garden, we would love your assistance in exchange for accommodation and delicious home-cooked meals. In return for your gardening help, we offer a warm, homely experience where you’ll feel part of the household rather than just a guest. We provide comfortable accommodation and great meals, and we are happy to cater for dietary requirements. Helping hours are flexible and can be arranged to suit both of us, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy the beach and explore the local area. We look forward to welcoming friendly, reliable travellers who enjoy a relaxed coastal lifestyle and don’t mind getting their hands in the garden!

Due to other duties that needs to be done in the shop For now, we are looking for someone to help do some painting around the house and outside, keep garden clean and tidy, cut shrubs and hedges The kind of person i am looking for must be very neat and clean as well as very reliable and respectful. My friends who come to my garden will stay in Reşadiye, Talas, Kayseri, an old and historic village. The region is an ancient Greek village with valleys and plains. This mystical land, where three cultures coexist, will impress you. You will stay in a house with views of Mount Ali and Mount Erciyes. The house is a three-story historic mansion. I also have two traditionally built living shelters in my garden. I have a completely handmade wooden house. I also converted a vehicle trailer into a stationary caravan. In spring and summer, I grow many vegetables and fruits using various farming methods. I grow vegetables and maintain fruit trees in the garden. I am also working on viticulture. I recommend it to those who love nature and traditional architecture. You can reach the city by buses that leave every half hour. I am interested in wood and recyclable art projects and I constantly work on handicrafts in my workshop. We can create new works in these workshops with curious friends who c...

This is a language cafe is designed for those who are willing to meet Korean locals and the ones from overseas. We provide them with the time and the place to meet and get to know each other while have conversations in English. I know from my experience that travelling or staying in other countries is not just doing sightseeing but experiencing the real life there. Here we try to bond them together as friends. If you are looking for something that can give you a chance to meet locals and to be mingled with them, this would be the best option for you. About the program : This is about the language practice and sharing their cultures, experiences and the thoughts. As long as you are an easygoing person to talk, open-minded and fluent in English, you can join us. As we are NOT looking for English teachers, it really doesn't matter which country you're from and you don't have to teach but have a conversation in English. And basically it is a 2 way conversation so you don't have to ta...

Hello, I’m David! I have sold my coffee shop after 45 years in the hospitality trade, where travelling workers would once work, however I STILL offer helpers the same excellent own room lodging as homestay & great food in exchange for a little light work and some social contact. I live close the train station and bus stop and am a 30 min trip by train to Melbourne City. There is a vehicle to drive locally if are appropriately licensed. You are welcome to use it. I go to the outback in western New South Wales about 3 times a year for the purpose of experiencing the beautiful "timeless land" of Australia and to legally hunt feral animals which endanger our wildlife. I often take workers to the outback so they can have a taste of the real Australia and I can assure that none of the numerous helpers/woofers I have taken over a many year period did not thoroughly enjoy it. . However the choice is theirs whether they accompany myself or whether they stay and "mind the house" I also oft...

Hi there Traveler We offer a farm stay with great views and good conversation. We chopped down a pine forest and replanted with Manuka about 4 years ago so it’s starting to look really great, and more native birds are about. Established a wetland reserve as well. Also we are developing another small retreat area that needs assistance with tracks and tree management. Some stock work is all so on offer but we will work with you all the time as it’s safer and more fun. cheers and safe travels Geoff and Declan

I’m Darrall, a long-time design educator (https://profiles.uts.edu.au/Darrall.Thompson/about) who now maintains a quiet coastal home and garden solo. To keep things comfortable, helpers stay in a private, self-contained cottage 20 metres from the main house, see photos (own kitchen/dining, bathroom with shower, lounge area, two beds (king-single or double), wood-burning stove, unlimited Wi-Fi, air-con heating/cooling, basic linen, access to laundry). Non-smoking, no drugs, no pets, no children. Quiet hours 10pm–7am. Couples or pairs only... your own car is recommended as there are no shops in the village of North Arm Cove.

Our preference is for a single person or couple who have some skil...

Work will be starting in March and into April and May of 26.We would like help inside and outside and with plenty of gardening and watering of the garden. Outdoor work includes keeping the gardens tidy, cutting and trimming of trees and mowing the lawn. Further work includes simple window washing, exterior window and door painting. Saturday house cleaning, gardening, pool cleaning, ironing sheets for the rentals, etc. We are chefs from New York City so we offer great food and comfortable accommodation though we do not do cooking classes to our helpx friends.
