Hi, my name is Auduh. Me and my family are Bedouins who live in the Wadi Rum desert in Jordan. We have been working with tourists for years. We offer overnight stays in our traditional camp or cave and we take our guests on 4x4 Jeep tours, camel rides and hiking/climbing tours.. We have learned to speak English through working with the tourists from a young age. We love our simple life in the desert, work hard during the day and relax around the campfire at night. We offer you a free stay in my home in Wadi Rum village. You will really experience the traditional way of living in and around the desert. We will teach you traditional dance, some arabic words and show you around in the desert. You will meet the locals people, and learn about our culture, customs, and traditions. I also enjoy learning different languages and would be happy to help in teaching volunteers Arabic and other aspects of Bedouin life. Hi there 😊 I’m Sherree, and my dog Ziggy and I live in our beautiful home in South Fremantle, Western Australia. All linen, blankets and towels are supplied with a seating area, fridge, cooktop, air conditioning and running water in the van. You have your own bathroom inside the house, downstairs. I am looking for someone who can help me around my home for up to 2 hours per day (14 hours per week). Meals are not included. Gardening, housework, light mechanical, a bit of hunting, all sorts of things, never boring.A wicked sense of humor is a good asset to bring. handy to Routeburn and Greenstone tracks. You will need your own internet connection as I don't supply wifi. A bit isolated, not for the precious, no trophy hunters!! Please don't apply unless you intend to come for a minimum stay of two weeks. One person only. We do not get involved with internships or visa applications. Vegetarians and vegans would probably not be comfortable as we eat meat daily. I am off grid and totally dependent on solar, so you have to charge your devices during the day and definitely no hairdryers! Accommodation is a house bus in warmer weather or a room in the house in winter, not shared usually. Lastly I also play the guitar (badly) and sing (worse) but it's all about smile not style :-) , please don't come if you have a heavy cold or flu, I'm involved with the elderly. Cheers Al

We are in the process of renovating an old house in the Pyrenees. There is only decorating to do such as stripping paint of walls and woodwork, and repainting. There might be the occasional carpentry to do also, nothing too complicated. We need help 5 hours per day, five days per week. Weeding, pruning trees, making paths. We are looking for help from two strong and healthy individuals to assist with a house redecorating project and gardening, trimming trees, path making etc. This requires physical strength and stamina. Hello there, I'm looking for travellers, nature lovers, people interested in permaculture and a different way of living. I'm Erik, class '88, I live in northern Italy where I've been building a permaculture project for the last few years. I've always been a dreamer, a wanderer seeking adventure and a deeper connection with Nature. After few years of working and travelling the world I decided to start this other journey here 1,5 hours drive from my birth place. As a sensitive person, Healing is a good portion of what drove this life choice into being, as I find it more gentle and sustainable for ourselves and the environment. On a more practical note, the land for now is taken care of for self sufficiency and not as a businness. I can offer food and accomodation in exchange of 3/4 hours of work, 5 days a week.. Most jobs are to do with the garden and the orchard, from planting out vegetables, tree planting, weeding, spreading compost, wood chipping, mulching, all depending on the tim...

Our area has lots of offer to nature enthusiasts, plenty of local hikes, beaches close by, surfing, rowing, kayaking and close to village of Kinlough, Cliffoney, Bundoran and Mullaghmore.

Thanks Hey travellers, immediate availability in Londons most desirable East London inner city neighborhoods: Stoke Newington, Hackney. I have a large home in which I rent out rooms. Looking for someone with any of the following: interior design skills, overgrown garden clearing, decorating and cleaning. It's a peaceful quiet home, I'm in my 50's, male, fairly introverted, eccentric and very quiet. I have a chronic pain condition so often am not available for social interaction. Hours are negotiable depending on your skills, and how fast you work. Im generally flexible and generous. Normally I request 5 hours a day, with weekends off. This is accommodation only, however, you're welcome to help yourself to spices, oil etc and any vegetables in the fridge. And if you're into healthy healing soups then cooking could be part of your hours. Ideal for someone independent who loves wor...

We live on a few acres next to a national park in the Perth Hills, 34kms from Perth. We are 15 minutes drive from Midland where you can hop on a train to Perth city or Fremantle. We are a very friendly couple and have hosted quite a few Wwoofers from around the world. You can read some of their references on the Wwoof Australia website. We are vegetarian but not opposed to you eating meat during your stay. If you can cook dinner a couple of times a week that is a big plus. As part of your working hours of course. We have 2 horses and a shy whippet. Louise is an artist and Tim works with electronics. We usually have some sort of creative project on the go in the garden. Our house is one of the oldest in the area and the garden has lots of nice nooks and crannies to eat your lunch if the weather is nice. Great walk tracks and some good local pubs. The work is varied and we are happy for you to work at what time of day suits you best. 2 days a week with no jobs. 5 working days but ve...

We are a group of friends who decided three years ago to restore a beautiful old village/motel in Jindabyne. We are looking for like minded individuals who are passionate about restoration/building and maintenance, love nature and have a good nature and willing to share a laugh over some good food. We have hosted people from all around the world, including all over Europe, Asia, North and South America. The motel is a 5-minute drive from local amenities such as supermarkets, shops, pubs, and a skate park. From June to September there are plenty of winter activities including skiing, tobogganing, and snowboarding at nearby ski resorts, just 30 minutes away. In summer, there are plenty of hikes, mountain biking, fishing, as well as the beach at Jindabyne Lake, Blue Lake and we are 30 minutes from the tallest mountain in Australia- Mount Koscioscko. Yarrangobilly Caves and nearby thermal pools are about one hour away. Our beautiful site features a serene river, where you can go...

The helper accommodation is a double room in a 200 year old Cotswold stone house located in a small village near Stroud. There’s woodland above and it’s in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty backing on to the Toadsmoor valley. The house is 35 mins walk from Stroud town centre. There are a few shops in the village as well as a pub nearby. The house is surrounded with the hills and countryside on your doorstep and lovely views. From the garden...great for forest walks and exploring the Cotswolds. English, Spanish and French is spoken. I have my child with me half the week.. We aim to work an average of 5 hours per day, 5 days per week. The work is varied but currently there are raised beds to make for growing vegetables, a chicken run to make, chickens to feed and care for, gardening, cooking, cleaning , or generally helping with whatever task is being done at the time, though no need of experience as I'm happy to teach techniques. Anyone with motivation and who's fairly indep...

At our off- grid solar, wood and gravity powered homestead you can live very close to Nature and learn by helping, how to grow your own food in the big, fully caged vegie garden/ orchard and some of how to build a bush cabin (it could be a winning strategy in years to come). We are long term, committed advocates, for climate change action and we've lived with Sustainability and Creating a low "Carbon Footprint" in mind, for 40 yrs now, settling here, (inland of Taree / Port Macquarie) from scratch in 1980, on 680 acres of rocky ridge forest on the wild and steep NW edge of the Bulga Plateau, 500m above sea level (a very beautiful but challenging location)! Watch our YouTube video below, about our community and us, made by the very talented helpxer, Louie Ablett. Three of us live here now, myself 74, David 84 and Sue 64, who started as a WWOOFer and has moved here with the help of a voluntary activity agreement through Centrelink for over 55s'. Sue came in September 2019 , lost th...

Hi there. We are a family of four, Jason, Emma, Aria and Jenson living in a beautiful part of North Canterbury on a 20 acre lifestyle block with a few cows, a few sheep, 1 horse (Katie), a big fluffy dog (Faelan) and free range chickens.

PLEASE NOTE WELL: we absolutely cannot host anyone with any pre-existing health issues, physical or mental (we are not medically trained to manage such conditions), such as hay fever, any other allergies, sensitivities or intolerances. We live in a small village with some shops and a climbing centre and a river just opposite the house. We have a quite a size garden where we grow vegetables, fruit bushes and trees. Here, we have spectacular mountain views on our do...

We have plenty of space and love meeting new people, learning new things and sharing our knowledge with others. Our area has lots of offer to nature enthusiasts, plenty of local hikes, beaches close by, surfing, rowing, kayaking and close to village of Kinlough, Cliffoney, Bundoran and Mullaghmore. We have two bikes we can offer to Woofers.

We raise our own, organic meat and have a couple of tunnel houses so we can grow our own organic food. We live in an old farmhouse, situated approx 2km from Waikari, a quiet, picturesque village with several walkways to explore including an old local fire lookout, the frog rock climb in the Weka Pass and a local walk to some Maori rock drawings. We are also close (40 mins) to Hanmer Springs, 1.5 hrs from Kaikoura, 1 hr from Chch airport and about 20 mins from the beach and the town of Amberley. Your accommodation would be in our comfy, 6 berth, fully self contained campervan (which remains on site). All meals are provided and while we are a meat-eating family, we are more than happy to accommodate any dietary requirements. We would be looking for he...
