Hello wonderful Help-xer's! We have an opportunity for a couple, to come for a week, or two weeks at a time. We are a family of five running a sheep and beef farm in Rissington, just out of Napier. (three children aged 12, 14 and 16) We have comfortable accommodation with your own large King bedroom and bathroom, that would suit an energetic, couple, or one/two motivated people travelling together who are keen to help with our beautiful riverside accommodation whilst learning about our culture and family along the way! You will stay and help cook meals for our family whilst having the opportunity to go out and explore the beautiful Hawkes Bay. We are looking for help with the following; landscaping, weeding, spraying, limbing up trees, spraying down and washing outside of buildings, washing windows, gardening and general maintenance around the property. Your own car would be an advantage. In return for your help, we would love to welcome you into our close-knit family and community ...

We started our Vineyard back in 2004, it is located in a Beautiful, Quiet, Valley along the bluffs of the Mississippi River. We have five children that have now grown and moved out on there own. I just retired from a career of Process Instrument Work at the local power plant. I could use some help with the Vineyard and Gardens, but also enjoy fishing and boating on the river in the evenings and of course days off. We would be willing to supply your own bedroom ,great meals and WIFI. We also have two male Collies that love to get brushed and played with. The ideal person would have to be able to work on there own or in a small group, after some training of course to get you up to your comfort level, so as you basically understand what the goals might be for the time of year and tasks at hand, a five hour day ,if the weather permits, is what we usually work . There might be a few longer days, but I`m sure that having time off to check out the area won`t be any problem. If you would care...

** Vacancy from Mid February 2026 Hello! We are a family of five, and enjoy an outdoorsie life on our orchard. Rolf and I have a rambunctious 3 year old daughter Georgie, cheeky 1 year old daughter Lulu and a energetic 5 year old dog Barley. 5 chickens provide eggs and entertainment as well. Together we run our avocado orchard. We have a large veggie garden, greenhouse and 14ha property. We are seeking help with tending the orchard, trees, land and garden. Rolf works full time in town, and Ash works 2 days while taking care of the kids for the rest of the week. We have a warm and cosy cabin for helpers to stay in. The cabin has lights and 2 power sockets, but unfortunately does not recieve WiFi. The cabin is private, has ample parking and has a deck. This cabin is a short walk the main building - our shared space. There is a queen bed, so as long as two people don't mind sharing then it's suitable for two. Space for storing clothes and belongings as well. Lovely outlook onto wide op...

We are located in the heart of Berlin, one of Europe's most exciting and diverse cities. With its vibrant cultural scene, world-class museums, historic landmarks, countless cafés, parks, and excellent public transport, Berlin is the perfect place to experience urban life while enjoying a welcoming home environment. I would kindly ask you to help with painting, fencing, gardening, sweeping leaves, cleaning and maintaining the house, as well as feeding and caring for the animals. There is plenty of space to relax and enjoy your free time. You will have your own private room, and I will provide breakfast and one warm meal each day. If you enjoy cooking in a holistic and nutritious way, you are more than welcome to do so. I am always happy to share my knowledge about healthy food and learn from others as well. I am not just looking for someone to help with daily tasks—I would like to offer a meaningful cultural exchange and create a positive experience together. If you are interested in me...

I live between a yacht on Sydney Harbour and a house in a tall eucalyptus forest on the mid north coast of NSW, and need some assistance in working on the house and on another yacht. I'm a carpenter who worked with National Parks and Wildlife for 25 years before retiring, and live with a small dog Billy. I've had many helpers come stay over the last few years and have been lucky to have so many interesting travellers stay. My yacht, is currently on the hard at Whoota, where we are renovating her while helping with work on her. I often take helpers out sailing to see the magnificent Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House but this is not possible while she is being worked on. Yet, I hope to invite helpers out when she is back in the water. The house is located in Whoota, near Forster. It is surrounded by forest and located a 10 minute drive from pristine beaches, lakes, and bushwalks. There a lots of dolphins to see and beautiful areas to explore. The work we are doing on the house ...

* Current preference is for someone who is good with cooking and happy to follow a meal plan * We are a family of 4 who loves food 😁 I am a solo mum and currently quite rundown and needing to rebuild health, as well as re-prioritizing life.. At the moment it would be really good to have someone on board who is capable, clean and self-sufficient in the kitchen, so I can focus on weaning my toddler and doing a complete detox (I have heard that this can land you in bed sick..). I need 1 or 2 helpers to help with these jobs: - Cooking meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and tidying up the kitchen. Bonus if you want to bake, as well 😋 This would work well for someone who is flying out of Chch and needs to sell their car before leaving. You will have time in-between meals to sort your necessities before leaving, and I'm happy to be flexible with sale appointments. These are not as important (priority will be given for a cook): - Gardening I would like to setup a big fruit & vege ga...

I am an aquatic ecologist who has fortunately been working out of our coastal rain-forest property for 35 years. Driven by strong curiosity, I have recently been developing long-term data sets on the animal life in the forest that surrounds our home, plus on tropical marine fish that are steadily increasing in numbers under the influence of climate change at the nearby very beautiful Seal Rocks area (for details click on my website link below). We have 20 acres with 2 acres cleared and the remainder moist tall forest and rainforest. It is on the coast 3 hrs drive north of Sydney (1.5km from Smiths Lake; 30km south of Forster) See my blog link below to glimpse the accommodation, typical work and fun. We have a 180 squ m vegetable garden at times needing attention which has been enclosed to keep out our friends the wallabies (pademelons), possums, parrots and native bush turkeys. Bush regeneration is another activity as well as assisting in ecological surveys of local rivers when t...

Kia ora, **Currently we have availability for 1 week stays, between 7th - 24th September, then from 10th October - 7th December and finally from 25th January - 2nd May, 2027** Bookings of 1 week are preferred. We have a spray free, suburban garden in Ngaio, Wellington, 15 mins drive from the city. Recent Activity Coming into September (Spring), nothing is being harvested right now, it's all about getting the soil ready for planting, later in Spring & Summer. The winter has been pretty wet with a few cold snaps. The over wintering broad beans have been really slow growing. It doesn't look as if we'll get a harvest before we need to prep for Summer. We can still use them for nitrogen fixing though. We've made a slurry of bio char, sheep manure & water. It needs to steep until 1st October before I can add it to the compost bin & dig a bit through the back garden. The new front door has been professionally installed, now the back door needs re-painting to match it. What's next? For th...

We have 360 degree views from the mountains to the sea. We live in a spacious new home. We farm a small fold cattle. Also have cat, chickens. We look forward to hearing from you soon. Timaru is a great base to explore around the south island from. If you love wildlife, the outdoors, great views and good food, send us an email (only emails from this site will be responded to). This is very much a cultural exchange (for us and for you) as you will be in our family home sharing our lifestyle. NO SMOKERS OR VEGETARIANS PLEASE. We prefer our helpers to stay 2 weeks or more. Work outside is a major part of what we do so expect to be outside on a rural property as part of the experience. Please message us through this platform to allow us to view your profile The property is located 60km South of Brisbane and 20km West of the Gold Coast on the upper North slope of Mt Tamborine, 320m above sea level. We are surrounded by National Parks and abundant wildlife. The property is 6Ha with a sub-tropical climate and has great country views to the North up to 140km on a clear day. =============== Update Aug 31, 2026. We are full until November 25 when we have room for one person. =============== Spaces that may be available are: a small loft room that is accessible by a short ladder, or a loft bed above our yoga room. And sometimes other bedrooms when people go away. Top skills we are looking for right now: - Cooking/cleaning - indoor plants and sprouts. - Help with renovation projects (finishing a basement bathroom.) Note: We don't always book people many months in advance, we prefer to wait until closer to the start dates so we can see how much space we have. Some people here stay longer than they initially planned so we don't always know the timing of openings long in advance. If you would like to help, please let us know your range of availability and preferred length of stay. We are an 11-person vegetarian community house in Toronto. We have a private spot close to town here, and are two friendly people, a little dog, and some chickens. Our quiet and green home is in easy and pleasant walking distance of Nelson city centre. It's like being in the country. There is also a bus just steps away, if you want to get into town quickly. This is a good mix - looking after trees, garden, house and each other; making music; preserving fruit, etc We - meaning us two, Ian and Eva - love WWOOFers who enjoy what we are doing, and want to be friendly and part of the family. Next vacancies likely to be 2nd week of September. We appreciate help with DIY repairs and maintenance, timber work, help with gardening, housekeeing, cooking, duck and chicken rearing and dog walking on the beach. Fishing, snorkelling, and rainforest walks can help occupy your spare time. We hatched two goslings in mid July and are hand-rearing them, real characters! So most of the work will be outside, based out of a well-equipped workshop and/or in our vegetable garden and hen and duck coops. Opportunities on your day off include fishing, sailing, snorkeling, weather permitting of course, rainforest walks and river swimming (Mossman River at The Gorge) and free nature tours on crocodile spotting boats on the Daintree River with the #Daintreerivercruisecentre (as Dave sometimes drives their boats and tour-guides for them when needed). Kia ora! We are a VEGAN family of four, with two energetic daughters aged 6 and 8. My husband is a medical professional and I am a busy stay at home mum. We live in St Clair, Dunedin, a beautiful costal suburb and popular surf spot, with a super lively cafe culture. We are looking for someone (female only) to help out with light housekeeping, tidying, odd jobs, organisation, occasional gardening and some food preparation. Being able to look around and see what needs doing is definitely a bonus. Also if you are into arts and crafts of any kind our 8yr old is super creative and would love to learn from you! The hours would usually include a couple of hours in the morning and some time in the afternoon or early evening. Generally 3- 4 hrs per day. I am a keen foodie and love creating delicious plant based meals. As some help with food preparation will be required, being either vegan or vegetarian is ideal but failing that you need to be happy to eat that way while staying with us. The...

I am a lady farmer running our family farm which is an 80 hectare sheep and beef property, with horses. We have a close country community with my sister and family living nearby, so guests can expect to experience New Zealand rural life. You will live as family in our home with your own bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Duties will be varied and include cooking, housework gardening, help with the animals and general farm duties. There are several horses to be cared for and exercised, if you are a very capable rider, as some of the horses are young. This would suit 2 friends or a couple with their own transport. This is not such a great place if you have allergies. Because I have arthritis my mobility is somewhat limited. We welcome self-motivated adults who will roll up their sleeves and enjoy the tasks. People who like to make a difference and are happy to socialise with us and our friends.

HOLA!! I am always open to welcoming exceptional souls, and would certainly need someone soecial through September to early October, and from the last days of October onwards.. Preferably for a minimum of 2 weeks or more, open to what fills & flows gently. 😀 Artistes, gardeners, and Magic souls, thank you for your kind consideration! This works best for single, simple souls who are flowing through and need a place to land for more than a week. I have a garden, motorcycles and my Happy doggie, Lula. :) so there are always little bits that need tending, painting or polishing! I am usually building something too! Lula loves long walks, swims, giggles & cuddles! She shall be your constant companion I imagine, and is a daily priority and delight. I would also like to polish my old Harley and Triumph on occasion, tend my garden or paint a mural as well! I enjoy my serene sanctuary in front of the beach in Cancun, Mexico :) , a lovely base just minutes from the town centre, ferr...

After an intense house renovation, we are now entering the final phase, focusing on cleaning and refreshing the house. From APRIL (for about one month), we are looking for help with PAINTING work inside and outside, as well as some light gardening tasks such as weeding. This period is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and likes to see visible results at the end of the day. From JUNE onwards, as the weather becomes warmer, the help will mainly consist of daily HOUSEKEEPING tasks (cleaning, ironing), with occasionally some light gardening. We’ve found that this experience works best for people who enjoy staying active and contributing in a practical way to daily life. We truly appreciate volunteers who bring positive energy, a hands-on mindset, and a genuine willingness to help. We are a Belgian family who has been living in France for over 20 years. In our late fifties, we speak French, Dutch, English, and a bit of Spanish. Our home is located in the beautiful r...

Gardening, housework, light mechanical, a bit of hunting, all sorts of things, never boring.A wicked sense of humor is a good asset to bring. handy to Routeburn and Greenstone tracks. You will need your own internet connection as I don't supply wifi. A bit isolated, not for the precious, no trophy hunters!! Please don't apply unless you intend to come for a minimum stay of two weeks. One person only. We do not get involved with internships or visa applications. Vegetarians and vegans would probably not be comfortable as we eat meat daily. I am off grid and totally dependent on solar, so you have to charge your devices during the day and definitely no hairdryers! Accommodation is a house bus in warmer weather or a room in the house in winter, not shared usually. Lastly I also play the guitar (badly) and sing (worse) but it's all about smile not style :-) , please don't come if you have a heavy cold or flu, I'm involved with the elderly. Cheers Al

We hosted volunteers for 10 years at our Deadwood bed-and-breakfast, but we've relocated to a house on 1.4 acres of pine forest in Rapid City. Now we do remote freelance work from home, work on the garden, travel whenever we can make the time. That's where you come in! When we're home, we'd love some extra help with outdoor projects. These probably involve the vegetable garden, but could be more about landscaping and outdoor house maintenance. (Moving rock, creating paths, weeding, watering, general tidying up, caulking, painting, cleaning gutters and downspouts, etc.) If we've got some travel on the agenda, we're usually in the market for a housesitter to water our plants, feed our cat, and generally make sure that nothing burns down. Room and simple breakfast of toast, tea or coffee, I can show you where to find free bread and there is generally some rice or pasta you can use, occasionally some fruit and vegetables, or other food included but not guaranteed. Ipswich is a lovely place in itself and is about an hours drive to Brisbane, about an hour to the Gold Coast, about an hour and a half to the Sunshine Coast or about an hour to the mountains in Toowoomba. Many visitors to Australia assume it will be hot here and in summer it is, in winter the temperature can be very cold. Make sure to pack some warm winter clothing if travelling in the winter months. I don't have fans or air conditioning so the temperature is what it is. It's hot in summer and cold in winter. Electricity has become too expensive for me to run heating or cooling appliances. I am not on a farm, it is a residential block in Ipswich. My house is small and cluttered and surrounded by trees. I need help to clean my home as I am always busy doing ...

PLEASE READ MY WHOLE HOST PROFILE BEFORE YOU APPLY TO VISIT MY PLACE AND ASK ABOUT ANYTHING YOUR NOT CLEAR ON. Need help with a garden clean up, at the moment. You don't need to have an overwhelming desire to save the world, live off the land, or be more useful than a Swiss army knife, to stay here. A nice honest person is good enough. This is a relaxing place, close to nature, away from the backpacker trail on the coast but still got a bit happening, somewhere to recharge your batteries, do a bit of work, have a laugh and meet some real Aussies, maybe get out of your comfort zone a bit😜 My place is a cattle farm with one rough headed(inside and out 🤣,) skinny, old farmer, one dog, some cattle, lots of birds and wildlife, relaxing place, near Kyogle, a quiet country town. It is 1.5 hours drive west from Byron Bay, 2 hours south of Brisbane by train. Very close to the beautiful Border Ranges National Park (bike ride away). I like to show people around. My wife and I own and operate a traditional bed-and-breakfast, and we are also small-scale farmers. Our property is 5 acres (2 hectares), and we grow a variety of fruits on our 100% organic farm. Starting October 1st, we will be looking for help on our farm with pruning, trimming, weeding, mowing, and weed-whacking. There is also light cleaning outside our home (raking leaves, rinsing snorkel equipment, sweeping, etc.). We also appreciate help with indoor cleaning projects. If you are handy and can build and repair things, that is a super plus and moves you to the front of the line 😊. We prefer couples, but we will consider a single person if they are industrious and hard-working. Summer is the peak growing season; it seems that every weed and blade of grass grows exponentially, so we are looking for helpers who will help us maintain our land. An absolute requirement is that I need help weed-whacking the farm because I can't do it all by myself; approximately 4 - 5 hours per week...

My Father's Vision! Music, Mountains, and Off-Grid Homesteading About Us: Welcome to our slice of Appalachian heaven! In 2002, my senior veteran father began building this homestead with a grand vision: creating a thriving, off-grid ecotourism hub and primitive campground that celebrates the rich, local "hillbilly" and bluegrass culture. From hosting lively community festivals to carving out a beautiful space in nature, this land has a massive heart. As my dad has gotten older, I recently moved down from Pennsylvania to step in, help him out, and keep his dream alive. While I am incredibly eager to learn and full of energy, I don’t yet have the deep homesteading or construction experience required to finish what he started. With limited income and my dad's advancing age, it’s a beautiful challenge for the two of us to get this property entirely completed and fully self-sufficient. That is where you come in! What We Are Building & Doing: We operate as a primitive campground with a f...

URGENT! Need a volunteer for 20th September until October 4th! Availability for December and then February onwards. Need a valid international driving permit. The volunteers have use of an automatic car. * * * * My husband and I are Buddhist priests, running a 450 year old Pure Land Buddhist temple in the mountains of Kyushu. My husband is the 17th generation priest of our family temple. We are busy with the temple and our family and need help with gardening, cleaning, cooking, laundry and lots lots more. We have a luxury Lodge for overnight stays and need help with bed making and cleaning. We also want the helper to walk our Labrador dog, who is big, very enthusiastic but is a complete softy. He is outside in a dog-run during the day and inside the house at night. If you are nervous around dogs, they can sense that and become nervous too. Our Labrador is absolutely no problem and plays with our young grandchildren. We often have a quiet little dachshund staying with us t...

I'm Thanasis, a 45 years old greek man living in the South of the Peloponnes. I'm a farmer, with oranges trees and some olive trees. I need help all the year to maintain the big farm (orange and olive harvest, trees pruning, pick-up fallen oranges, and so on..) We started our Vineyard back in 2004, it is located in a Beautiful, Quiet, Valley along the bluffs of the Mississippi River.

SPECTACULAR views of the Southerm Alps and Mt Cook from this Location, in a tranquil setting off the beaten track 10 min west of Timaru, conveniently positioned midway between the cities of Christchurch and Dunedin. We have beautiful night skys, with many stars as close to Lake Tekapo. Skiing at Mt Dobson, Fox Peak,...

My name is Steve and living here is also Jeff (from Hong Kong), Luke (from Canada/Africa), Swetha and her brother Sh...

Welcome! Your choice: You can exchange two hours help a day for the room only, or you can work for 4 hours a day and we provide meals. Eva is a Homoeopath, Ian is an Engineer, we both love to sing, eat, and share good food, and have fun with friendly woofers. Next vacancies likely to be 2nd week of September. We appreciate help with DIY repairs and maintenance, timber work, help with gardening, housekeeing, cooking, duck and chicken rearing and dog walking on the beach.

In exchange, we can offer you your own little apartment. The bottom level of the house has a large bedroom with a queen bed, a living area, a kitchenette, and its own private entrance that opens up into the forest. We have high-speed wireless internet...
