We are on an 70 acre farm in North Pope County, Illinois and are virtually surrounded by the Shawnee National Forest. Having been on this farm for 13 years, we are still developing infrastructure and are continuing to plant in the orchard and various berries as well as establishing and expanding garden and crop areas. We have 320 Pedigree Holsteins & Ayrshire dairy cows & 40 Speckle Park beef Cows Calving August to October. Milking is in a 40 aside Herringbone Shed. We are often looking for help with farm chores, milking twice a day, fencing, weed control and heaps of other jobs on our coastal dairy farm.
