We are often looking for help with farm chores, milking twice a day, fencing, weed control and heaps of other jobs on our coastal dairy farm. We are Said (36) from the Sahara and Linde (33) from the Netherlands. It is our pleasure to meet you here in Project Bani Hayoune Garden! Said comes from a big Amazigh-Tuareg family. After growing up in the Sahara desert and living many years a nomadic life, his family settled down in a village called Tagounite. Now Said lives next to the small village Beni Hayoun, 4 kilometers outside Tagounite. Here, we are working on recovering 200-year old adobe house. We look after some houses on a property in the foothills of the blue mountains, we grow a garden, do household maintenance, painting, cleaning, bush clearing/regeneration work. We are always happy, time permitting, to take guests out to see the Blue Mountains, maybe do a bush walk, motorbike ride, a canyon or some abseiling.
