**I can take a couple from April 15 until early May ** I have a charming, sunny, comfortable home with a lovely garden and a beautiful view over the harbour and mountains. It is very central, well connected to transport, with big parks and green belt very close. I usually only have one bed available, so mostly take 1 person at a time - only occasionally can I take 2 people. In return for two hours work in the house and garden per day, I will provide free accommodation and breakfast. I speak fluent Spanish and can help with someone learning English. I have a sociable lifestyle with many friends, and helpers are welcome to join in on some dinners. But I do need Helpxers who are independent too, since there will be times when I am very busy and not around much. If you're good at cleaning, gardening, painting and doing home maintenance and repairs around the house, that would be great. And I love good food, so good cooks are always welcome!

Hello, I’m David! I have sold my coffee shop after 45 years in the hospitality trade, where travelling workers would once work, however I STILL offer helpers the same excellent own room lodging as homestay & great food in exchange for a little light work and some social contact. I live close the train station and bus stop and am a 30 min trip by train to Melbourne City. There is a vehicle to drive locally if are appropriately licensed. You are welcome to use it. I go to the outback in western New South Wales about 3 times a year for the purpose of experiencing the beautiful "timeless land" of Australia and to legally hunt feral animals which endanger our wildlife. I often take workers to the outback so they can have a taste of the real Australia and I can assure that none of the numerous helpers/woofers I have taken over a many year period did not thoroughly enjoy it. . However the choice is theirs whether they accompany myself or whether they stay and "mind the house" I also oft...

Welcome to Atelier Hillfon and our restaurant Café Boule. The house is an old alcohol brewery from the beginning of the 19th century. For the last 50 years the house has been an art studio and gallery of our father and artist Curt Hillfon who passed away in 2018. We are now three siblings that has inherited the house and we all work with different art craft like, ceramics, painting, glassblowing and jewellery making. We are also a culture meeting point for art, music and food. During the summer we arrange concerts and other events. One of the family member is building a ceramic ateljé. And will also give ceramic classes. Two years ago we opened a restaurant named Café Boule. We serve pizza made in a wood fire oven, we rent out petanque courts and serve wine and beer. Sometimes we arrange concerts, events or parties, ex. petanque tournaments. During the summer we will need help in the restaurant. With everything from, preparing food, working in service, doing the dishes, baking ca...

Hi you young and beautiful travelers, Bundaberg is a less known touristic town, with a mild climate, beautiful beaches and wonderful surroundings. It is also an agricultural country town with many backpackers hostels . With a bit of lack there might be opportunities for paid work on a farm. It’s only 350km north of Brisbane and easily reachable by train. My home is only a few minutes drive from the town center, yet secluded and peaceful, sitting on 2.5 acres. I am looking for people who would like to visit this promising coastal town and help with general house and backyard maintenance, around 4 -5 hours a day, 6 days a week. The person helping me will have a home away from home and a cosy room to rest in. I am hoping he/she will treat the place with respect and consideration, observing the few requirements related to the use of bathroom and kitchen. Otherwise, regretfully, we will have to part ways sooner then expected. A good home cooked meal and an occasional glass of wine is...

※Hello, fellow adventurers! Due to a few recent cancellations, I now have availability from April onward. Winter in Kumihama is a beautiful and quiet season, with snowy scenery, fresh local oysters, and relaxing hot springs. But more than that, it’s a time to enjoy everyday life together — cooking, talking, laughing, and sharing simple moments when we are together at home. I’m happy to welcome social, open-minded, and positive volunteers who enjoy communicating, staying active, and bringing good energy into daily life. This is a shared-life experience rather than just a work exchange. If you like connecting with people, having meaningful conversations, and creating a warm and friendly atmosphere even in winter, I would be very happy to hear from you. Are you seeking a meaningful cultural exchange in Japan? I’m looking for motivated, curious, and open-minded people who are excited to help with our guesthouse and aquafarming projects, while also becoming part of our growing internatio...

Note: the location above says "Moorea" however my sailboat (and I!) could be anywhere in French Polynesia: Huahine, Raiatea, Taha, Bora-Bora, Maupiti, Tuamotu... So check with me where I'll be on the dates you wish to stay onboard. A sailboat is offering a spot for the RIGHT person to share and enjoy the cruiser's lifestyle in French Polynesia. Your shared duties will be hands-on and alternate between boat maintenance, sailing and preparing for the next crossing. You will also be assisting with every-day chores like cleaning, cooking and provisioning. Previous helpers have found that the workload is quite balanced and leaves you a lot of time to read and explore the surroundings. Boat maintenance: You need to be handy, have good hand coordination and want to learn about knots, fiberglass, sanding, painting, caulking, etc... In other words you will "get your hands dirty". Sailing: If you have no sailing experience this is the perfect place to learn if you have the ability to absor...

Would like an energetic couple or single person to help out with gardening, and housework. We would expect about 4-5 hours help a day in return for free accommodation and meals. Large bedroom and own bathroom. We have animals so, would prefer someone who enjoyed them being around. There are many wonderful places to explore in Hawkes Bay when you are not working. Fantastic cycle ways, tramping trips into the native bush areas, beaches and wonderful wineries. Prefer you to have your own car to get around and beable to see the region.

Hi there, we are looking for someone who is happy to step in and help for the next couple of week as Harry has just had surgery and is unable to do what he usually does and the workload is too much for one person. Ideally someone with common sense and the ability to work alone after some guidance. Would prefer just one person for now. Along with the daily chores and animal care, there is always something that needs doing, lots of weeding in the veggie garden. Native walkway and stone wall to construct and maintain. We like helpers that are easygoing, friendly, and with some common sense. There are a few options for work hours: 4 to 5 hours a day 2 days off a week for accommodation and a good cooked meal/cuppas and cake,(make your own breakfast in cottage, eggs provided.) or 10 hours work per person a week for accommodation only. We can negotiate? There is no public transport near where we live so own transport is advised, but we are able to pick you up from Waikari or Amberly o...

Welcome! Your choice: You can exchange two hours help a day for the room only, or you can work for 4 hours a day and we provide meals. We have a private spot close to town here, and are two friendly people, a little dog, and some chickens. Our quiet and green home is in easy and pleasant walking distance of Nelson city centre. It's like being in the country. There is also a bus just steps away, if you want to get into town quickly. This is a good mix - looking after trees, garden, house and each other; making music; preserving fruit, etc We - meaning us two, Ian and Eva - love WWOOFers who enjoy what we are doing, and want to be friendly and part of the family. Eva is a Homoeopath, Ian is an Engineer, we both love to sing, eat, and share good food, and have fun with friendly woofers. The house is surrounded by green hills, with some of Nelson's best bike tracks and walks right next to us. We love cooking and sharing meals. We can talk with you in English, French or German No Smo...

A room is available for your homestay. Because of the help I would like to ask, mature ladies who have enough experience/knowledge of handling house holding chores and cooking are welcome. No problem if you cannot cook Japanese dishes. Vegetarian is welcome only from summer to autumn. It's easy to talk about next step of your homestay if how long from when, how you can help, what you want to do during homestay in addition to help works are written in your request. I will reply to only applicants who read my profile and understand/satisfy requirements. I'm a 67 years old male living alone and have a small private organic vegetable garden. I am happy if someone can help me to maintain vegetable garden and household chores including cooking. I also can enjoy helping my guest to learn Japanese language. We can visit at sightseeing places/aesthetic landscape when we have free time. At the same time, I'm interested to hear your stories about helpx and learn foreign languages as well ...

We’ve moved from the rainforest retreat into the burbs. Plenty to do and see here including nature walks, repairing and recreating wild areas in the suburbs, nightly fly past of fruit bats a stunning sight, walking distance to the pool, town and the Mullumbimby community gardens. We aim to bring back the frogs, lizards and snakes by creating safe habitat for them and us, a garden to repopulate the insects, the pollinators and the bats and the birds. Mullumbimby has a long history of rewilding the town and protecting habitat, the work of generations of volunteers and a green town council. The nearest beach is Brunswick Heads, you can bus it into there or Byron Bay. We will introduce you to the local fauna and flora and the community of people. Nearest airport is Gold Coast. We can pick you up wherever the airport or Greyhound buses drop you. Accomodation is a self contained bed sit attached to the house. Queen bed, kitchenette, toilet and shower. We have both a veggie garden and ...

I'm Thanasis, a 45 years old greek man living in the South of the Peloponnes. I'm a farmer, with oranges trees and some olive trees. I also have a shop, mainly selling coffee that I roast on site. I need help all the year to maintain the big farm (orange and olive harvest, trees pruning, pick-up fallen oranges, and so on..) If you come, you will have your own room (1 for a couple or separate), and access to all the rest of the house (kitchen, bathroom...). I like to share the meal, and provide food if you want to cook. You also can use WI-FI connection. You could enjoy the life between the farm and the city of Skala Lakonia, wich offer a lot of coffee shop, restaurants, and any kind of stores. Minimum stay is 2 weeks, to allow time to learn about life on the farm. I need help for a maximum of 5 hours per day, 5 days per week, depending on the weather. I really like to meet new people and introduce them to Greece history. I practice karaté (three times per week) and would be happy t...

Our place is so secluded it’s as if time stopped. yet New Zealand’s fourth largest city, Hamilton, is 25 minutes away. Located near Raglan (17 minutes to the surf), the property meanders up through native bush to the house. Once here, you are face-to-face with steep bush-clad hills. Total absence of urban sounds and lights, serene landscaping, enchanted kitchen garden, sunsets and a vast canopy of stars in a dark night sky. There’s a glow worm city on the way in; the summer garden flutters with Monarch butterflies, cute/comical lawn quail, and with beehives nearby our flowering trees hum. You'd share this sunny, relaxed home with Jeff and Sue (in our 60s), two dogs and a cat. Plus paddock friends and all the wildlife that goes with living beside a forest. Infrared sauna, upright grand piano, double hammock, hill and bush walks. Fully furnished queen rooms for week-long stays (7 days). This is not a working farm but a lifestyle property, so tasks are sporadic – mainly clearing and o...

Kia ora! We’re a relaxed, welcoming family of four (plus two friendly dogs) living right by the beach in the beautiful coastal village of Haumoana, Hawke’s Bay. We both work from home, Mark is an architectural draftsman and I’m in my final year of training to become a counsellor—so life is full and busy! We love our big garden, but could really use a hand keeping on top of it. We’re looking for someone, or a couple, to pitch in for around 3 hours a day with gardening (weeding, mowing, hedges, general upkeep) and the occasional small job like cleaning outdoor windows (beach life means lots of sand and salt!). Your accommodation includes:: * A comfortable room with a double bed * Use of laundry and bikes * Home-cooked meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and a place at our table * A relaxed, friendly home environment We love cooking, sharing meals, and hearing people’s stories. Having lived all over the world, we really enjoy connecting with travellers and different cultures. Locat...

Townsville is a tourist hub, with access to beach, mountains, reef, rainforest and bush. Cranbrook is a leafy suburb across the river from the university, close to Riverway (free freshwater swimming lagoon, with art gallery) and shops, and on the bus route. There are large trees around my house, and there is always gardening or raking to do. My mother lives in a house 3 minutes away, and I help her with her garden. Accommodation is a granny flat with a powder room attached. There is a fold out double couch, plus a single bed mattress if required. You will share the bathroom and kitchen - in exchange for gardening, maintenance, painting, cooking or housework. Must love dogs - my dogs like to oversee human pursuits like digging, weeding and walking. I can assist with transport to local hiking spots, beach, or parks, or can pick you up from train or bus station. Prefer helpers who are non-smokers with family-friendly values, and able to work unsupervised when I go out. Also, To...

Accommodation is in the “blueberry cottage,' a self-contained flat that is across the lawn from our house. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen/dining room, computer and wifi. I stock the kitchen with good ingredients and between those and the orchard goodies you assemble your own breakfast. We start at 830 and work for four hours. I make a big lunch at the house for everyone (lots of home made bread and cakes) and the afternoons/evenings are your own. I'll keep the larder stocked with whatever food you like, we don't eat much meat but can supply it. We have bikes for your use and are surrounded by wineries, or there's always a shady tree to nap under. Warning we do have insects, and in the summer picking time can't take helpers who are colourblind. For ease of booking we'd prefer if you can plan on coming and going on Mondays, one week minimum stay. We are a ten minute walk from the bus stop. Here's a little video on us, bit dated now but it'll give you the idea https://ww...

Gardening, housework, light mechanical, a bit of hunting, all sorts of things, never boring.A wicked sense of humor is a good asset to bring. handy to routburn and greenstone tracks.you will need your own internet connection as I don't supply wifi. ,a bit isolated, not for the precious,no trophy hunters !! .please don`t apply unless you intend to come for a minimum stay of two weeks. One person only.we do not get involved with internships or visa applications.vegetarians and vegans would probably not be comfortable as we eat meat daily. I am off grid and totally dependent on solar, so you have to charge your devices during the day and definitely no hairdryers ! Accommodation is a house bus in warmer weather or a room in the house in winter, not shared usually. Lastly I also play the guitar ( badly ) and sing ( worse ) ,but it's all about smile not style :-) Cheers Al

We can have a couple or 2 friends that dont mind sharing We are a family-run flower farm growing a wide range of seasonal blooms including roses and lilies. Our flowers are harvested fresh and sold through our on-site farm shop, to local florists, and to wholesale customers, so the farm is always busy and changing with the seasons. As a HelpX helper you’ll be part of our small, hardworking team and experience genuine farm life. Work is hands-on and varies depending on the time of year, but can include picking flowers, bunching, cleaning and preparing blooms, tidying garden beds, weeding, general farm maintenance and helping keep things running smoothly. The work can be physical at times, but it’s rewarding and you’ll see the results of your effort straight away. This is not a resort or retreat — it’s a real working farm — but it’s a warm, friendly environment where helpers are appreciated and treated like part of the team. We value people who are reliable, positive, and willing to giv...

I would be very happy to welcome volunteer teachers who are willing to help at my school for two or three months, or even for a full semester. *I want the volunteers who work at my school to not feel like they are working. Instead, I want them to feel that they are enjoying themselves and having a holiday while staying with us. Their room is fully equipped with air conditioning, hot showers, and a spacious private room that is separate from the main house, so they can feel comfortable and relaxed during their stay.* My name is Edison I have a wife, her name is Nofi. I also have two children, Ochta (32 years old) and Fadlil (12 years old). Ochta can speak English. I run a private English school for children between the ages of 7 and 19 in the small town of Batusangkar, West Sumatra. My goal as the principal of the school is to provide youth from my region with the English skills required to communicate better in the modern world, and therefore provide them with better opportunities ...

The closest train station is Beenleigh. Your own car is a plus. We welcome working holiday visa holders with good horse experience and most importantly a passion for horses !! In order to learn your daily task, routine and horses personalities, we will ask you to stay a minimum of 3 weeks. Long stays are really welcome. We start each morning training the horses, washing them and feeding them. All the retired horses need to be feed and watered as well. We need to feed and water all the horses again each night before dark. The ideal helpers will be positive, willing and with a some decent english. **Not currently available. We are currently renovating our house and won't be available for hosting until June 2026 at the earliest. We live in the beautiful Perth hills in a scenic valley and have a five acre garden. We have two children and not enough time to manage our huge garden of fruit and ornamental trees, ponds and garden beds. We also keep chickens and have two dogs. We are interested in cultural exchange for us and our children. The accommodation is in a separate building from the main house and consists of a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. This area will be exclusively yours during your stay and has it's own cooking facilities. The property has a pool and lovely outdoor garden spaces to enjoy. If you would like a homely, wondrous Blue Mountains experience, nestled in nature, without being surrounded by tourists, you’re welcome to stay with us. You will relax and unwind here, sit in front of the fire in the evenings, drink tea, go on bushwalks, watch the alpacas, and share stories. Then wake to amazing sunrises! Especially quiet for those that have just come from a Vipassana meditation retreat. If you're a rock climber, you can walk to crags at Shipley and Centennial Glen. We have two alpacas, some chickens, and two indoor cats. We live in a new house on a two acres, next to the Blue Mountains National Park. Amazing bushwalks begin at our home. Walk to Govetts Leap waterfall, Evans Lookout, the Grand Canyon, and Blue Gum Forest. We need ENERGETIC help in the yard, mainly splitting firewood. There are lots of small jobs, all requiring good strong MUSCLES. We also need help with BUSH REGENERATION because there are weeds that have invaded the rare and endangered hanging s...

PLEASE READ MY WHOLE HOST PROFILE BEFORE YOU APPLY TO VISIT MY PLACE AND ASK ABOUT ANYTHING YOUR NOT CLEAR ON Not much work to do here now, so I mostly only take 1 person at a time. Not the place just to get a free room.for a while, but also not the place if you get bored easily You don't need to have an overwhelming desire to save the world, live off the land, or be more useful than a Swiss army knife, to stay here. A nice honest person is good enough. This is a relaxing place, close to nature, away from the backpacker trail on the coast but still got a bit happening, somewhere to recharge your batteries, do a bit of work, have a laugh and meet some real Aussies, maybe get out of your comfort zone a bit😜 My place is a cattle farm with one skinny, old farmer, one dog, some cattle, lots of birds and wildlife, relaxing place, near Kyogle, a quiet country town, which is 1.5 hours drive west from Byron Bay. Two hours south of Brisbane by train. Very close to the beautiful Border Rang...

Update, possible accommodation available for kiwifruit staff. My caravan is available, not fancy but clean & waterproof. I'm a beekeeper in need of assistance, either with the bees directly or not. I'm located 16km South of Te Puke on a property that has a back boundary of native forest. I'm usually able to host people at any time of year, but am busiest in the spring. I currently have building projects happening, as well as lots of painting, waxing new bee frames, and also hands on beekeeping for anyone who is keen. I also keep sheep and cattle on the property here, and hunt deer and pigs in the forest. These grass and forest fed animals form a large part of the menu here, so vegetarians probably won`t be happy with the diet. I cater to lots of herbivores and they all have hooves or paws. The accommodation is a spare room in the house. The house is a late 1800s villa in need of replacement, but it keeps the weather out and I find it comfortable. Housework isn't high on my priority ...

This is a Standardbred Race Horse (Harness Racing) farm at the foot of Tamborine Mountain. Located 45 minutes from Brisbane in the beautiful Gold Coast hinterland. Your role on the farm would be helping with the daily care of our racehorses. It's an everyday job starting depending of the sun (4.30am in summer and later on winter time). We start each morning training the horses, washing them and feeding them. All the retired horses need to be feed and watered as well. We need to feed and water all the horses again each night before dark. The ideal helpers will be positive, willing and with a some decent english. Because it’s a 30 hec property and there is always some...

We're looking to meet couples or singles to help us, mainly in the garden, and offer accommodation only in exchange for eight hours per person per week. We are close to Armadale, but not well serviced by public transport so own transport is desirable. We do drive i...
