Hello, and thank you for looking at our page/profile! We are looking for a helper (1 person) during the summer (2026) for a 2 week period, maybe longer. Starting in June and continue through the summer and fall. We would like help inside and outside and with plenty of gardening and watering of the garden. Outdoor work includes keeping the gardens tidy, cutting and trimming of trees and mowing the lawn. Also the helper must be able to lift and haul fireplace wood and (ideally) know the use of a chain saw but not necessary. All these tasks we do together. Further work includes simple window washing, exterior window and door painting. Saturday house cleaning, gardening, pool cleaning, ironing sheets for the rentals, etc. We are chefs from New York City so we offer great food and comfortable accommodation though we do not do cooking classes to our helpx friends. In the summer time when weather permits, you have a deluxe caravan for your home. You must be very neat and punctual for work...

I’m currently looking for help for a week. I need help with the garden… mowing, weeding and hedging ., I have a wooden fence by pool that needs painting as well as a wooden gate. ( not crucial at present is:: Cleaning windows and tiles, bathrooms, kitchen and living area would also be helpful.Washing and vacuuming my car would also be good). I’d like 2 hours work a day. My farm boarders the Paparoa National Park and only a few minutes walk to fantastic beaches. The spectacular Nile valley caves are only 5 minutes away. I prefer one person at a time, although will consider two and at least 1 weeks stay. I would like to have plenty of notice before you arrive. You must be Gay friendly.

Enjoy a relaxed rural stay with us (Alistair and Claire) in Tauranga in a modern home. We have 3 hectares of land, a gorgeous swimming pool and spa pool available for use, fire pit, pizza oven and a lot of outdoor area to keep tidy! You will have your own room and bathroom and are welcome to join us at meal times. We have Starlink with unlimited data, as well as several streaming services you can tap into. We have an avocado orchard of approx 300 trees, veggie gardens and flower gardens - all of which need some extra care. We have a property located within walking distance of perth centre near the river , grocery stores and public transport as well as a local coffee strip. You would have the whole house self-contained with kitchen and bathroom. The helping exchange arrangement would be helping with repairs, and painting. Its near sent Mary cathedral st if you want to check location. It would be useful if you have had some experience with painting and renovation as we are trying to bring a property in for a sale this year. it would suit someone who would like some peace and quiet because it lacks entertainment facilities such as stereos and TVs at the moment.
