Please note: We are booked out until mid October. Please read our profile before you write to us!!! Hello lovely helpers, welcome to "Breakfast at Tiffany's" which refers to a movie from 1961. It's also the title of a song from 1993. Before we introduce ourselves I would like to let you know that we are not worried about your skills, we don't expect any experts, but someone who genuinely loves plants and to help. We prefer if you can cook and bake bread or are happy to learn. For us, communication is the most important thing and best is someone who has a sense of humor and fits into our sociable family. If you are a recluse (or even very introvert) and rather hide in your room or look at your phone or can't commit to help due to your circumstances, please don't apply. We like playing (modern/strategic) board games, card games and often play Codenames, Concept, Cascadia, Azul, Forest Shuffle, Earth, Tsuro and Bananagrams, many games can be played even with limited English. So we...

Update: I'm quite keen on anyone with: - An interest in art and painting. I have an unfolding series of doors as a work of public art that could use time and attention with paint, adding colours and quotes/texts. - A desire to help bring the garden into order (weeding, clearing, dealing with plant growth) - CAD (computer aided drafting/design) experience in the short term, am particularly keen on finishing up an OpenSCAD model. and sticking to FOSS tools. - Patience and a desire to learn ... We live in an inner Hobartian suburb (3-4km from the CBD) on a 1/4 acre block in a 1930s weather board ex-farmhouse (now suburban dream house ;-). On top of work and raising a daughter and two sons, I'm trying to maintain a garden and house and can always use help. We are five: Bernd and Dani, with children Gypsy Anna (2003), Leon (2013) and Felix (2017). There are spare bikes for getting around, a few bus routes nearby and it's not a long walk into town (4km or 30-40mins) or the North Hobart c...

This is an exciting opportunity to have an experience that will stay with you throughout your life. Our Foundation aims at helping rural children receive a qualitative outstanding education. We have a volunteer teaching program to assist rural teachers and children get exposure to foreign languages and cultures. Because English is the second language in Thai schools, we concentrate on improving the English language skills of both rural teachers and children. At present, we aim to help 4 public elementary schools (grades 1 - 6) close to Chiang Mai. We are currently taking applications for volunteers who would available to start mid-November and commit to at least 8 weeks . We are looking for volunteers to teach English only. Couples are welcome as well. NOTE: We do not charge volunteers any fees for staying with us. The generous gift of your time and dedication is all the donation we will ask of you. We provide the volunteers lodging and meals in return for their generous servic...

We have a beautiful 6 hectare property in a really awesome valley. We have animals, a stream, lots of things growing. We have a large 3 bedroom house. We have a warm modern caravan for helpers to sleep in and all the other amenities are in the house. We have 3 awesome kids (only two live at home) and a great family vibe. We need help with working the land and making it as productive as we can. We need people who are hard working and take initiative. Prior experience is great but if you are a fast learner and up for a challenge then that is great too. A love of animals is definitely helpful as well. Projects include - gardening, building, organising, helping with animals, help around the house, fencing, tree planting and more. Cheers Regan and Lisa

I have a large section with plenty of gardening that needs to be done; anything from weeding to lawn mowing or hedge trimming. I love traveling myself, having been to 125 countries, so can offer lots of amazing chats over dinner. I also enjoy playing board games and have quite a collection to enjoy some evening entertainment. In my spare time I play a bit of badminton, and am trying to play golf, though I need a lot of practice.

Gardening, housework, light mechanical, a bit of hunting, all sorts of things, never boring.A wicked sense of humor is a good asset to bring. handy to Routeburn and Greenstone tracks. You will need your own internet connection as I don't supply wifi. A bit isolated, not for the precious, no trophy hunters!! Please don't apply unless you intend to come for a minimum stay of two weeks. One person only. We do not get involved with internships or visa applications. Vegetarians and vegans would probably not be comfortable as we eat meat daily. I am off grid and totally dependent on solar, so you have to charge your devices during the day and definitely no hairdryers! Accommodation is a house bus in warmer weather or a room in the house in winter, not shared usually. Lastly I also play the guitar (badly) and sing (worse) but it's all about smile not style :-) , please don't come if you have a heavy cold or flu, I'm involved with the elderly. Cheers Al

~ We are looking for Wwoofers/Volunteers right now, September/October 2026! ~ For over 20 years we’ve been opening our doors to friends, travellers and volunteers from around the world who have helped shape The Farm into what it is today. What began as a simple working dairy farm has grown into a farmstay, retreat space and coastal community, a place many now call home. The Farm is a 1000-acre working property on the beautiful Whangaruru coastline in Northland, New Zealand. Our land bridges native bush from Russell Forest down to the waters of Whangaruru Harbour, creating a unique mix of forest, pasture and rugged coastline. We run dairy cows, have around 40 horses, and care for a variety of other farm animals. Life here moves with the land. You’ll wake to birdsong, hear horses in the paddocks, watch cows being milked, and see brilliant stars at night. Guests stay in simple cabins, dorms and camping spots with shared facilities and a relaxed, outdoorsy feel. The atmosphere shifts t...

I really like to meet new people and introduce them to Greece history. I practice karaté (three times per week) and would be happy to show you basis if you are interested. If you want to discover...

We have a basic but lovely country home located by the Rangitikei River. We are about 25 minutes from the nearest shop in Hunterville as well as our local pub which is located about 10 minutes away. My husband and I have a 3 year old son Joseph and a 1 year old baby Makayla. We do our best to live off the meat that we hunt and the vegetables we grow. I'm looking for someone to help out with our veggie garden and with general work around the house or with projects that I might be doing at the time of your stay. Our wood shed is currently in need of some repairs so if you are someone that is interested or has experience in building or repairs then you would be a great fit however if this job wouldn't suit you then there's plenty of other chores to do. You'd be looking at around 4 hours of help per day in exchange for food and accommodation. We live on my husband's parents Deer, Sheep and Beef farm. We have 2 pet dogs and a few working dogs as well as some very friendly pet sheep. Che...

Would like to learn and look after a vineyard and winery this season, no experience is necessary. Established in 1998 and hosting HELPXers for over 15 years, it is the only certified organic winery in the Perth region. It is situated in the Swan Valley, 7km from Elenbrook and 15km from the Perth airport. The vineyard has 3,000 vines, a large house we live in, a machinery shed, and a winery/distillery on the property. Winemaking occurs during the summer months from January to March. A large, spacious room with a double bed, attached to the house, has a private entrance. Applications for mature couples as applicants are now open. Opportunities for vineyard and maintenance work are available. Couples with Visitor Visas are also welcome. I want (NON-smoking and non-vaping) volunteers who wish to experience domestic, distillery, vineyard, and winemaking work. During the season, there are generally outdoor activities, such as winery and vine work, plus gardening if it is not raining o...

HELP NEEDED - lots of work in vegetable garden, strimming, testing and repairing irrigation in garden, driveway potholes, making a berry/fruit enclosure. Some building experience would be helpful! We live on a lifestyle property 20 minutes by car from Christchurch Central. Hugo travels into Christchurch central every day - I work from home part time for Adaptive Snowsports Canterbury. Animals and pasture are the main farm use. We don't use sprays on crops or vegetables so there is lots of work like shifting stock, lawn mowing, weeding, strimming. We have 7 cattle of various ages, 3 ewes, 5 lambs, 4 hoggets, 9 hens, and a rooster and a large vegetable garden. And Toby who is a 3 year old Jack Russell/ Poodle cross is full of energy - lots of fun - probably not always helpful but that’s ok! My jobs will take 1 person approx 4-5 days. Our house is warm and modern. You have your own bathroom and space in the house. We will involve you in any family and community activities for a...

Need helpers for mid to end September. In return for 4 hours help a day I offer you accommodation and all meals in a sunny, warm home where you will have your own bedroom (queen size bed) and own bathroom with the added privacy of being in a separate wing of my house. My sunny home sits atop a hill from which you will have a magnificent view of the township of Blenheim to Cook Strait and the hills of the North Island beyond. Of course if you would prefer to work a full day in order to have a day off in which you could explore the nearby Marlborough Sounds, cycle the wine trails, or walk or climb on any of the formed tracks in this area, that would be just fine. My 40 ha property is a sheep/beef farm most of which is leased. I tend a large garden and care for the drive and tracks, drainage and irrigation and deal with fallen trees. It is help with this work I require.. Therefore most of the work is outdoor, constantly varied, not difficult, with some indoors work on occasions. Th...

Ecologically sustainable land management and forestry project just 5 miles from Totnes. We focus on woodland-based farm work, improving the land for future wildlife, and leaving a legacy of better landscape infrastructure. We do not keep any farm animals of our own, though neighbours graze livestock here and cut hay/haylage. Our primary production focuses on sustainable logs, timber, and reclaimed Victorian slate for stone walling, all managed under a Wildlife Trust & Forestry Commission ecological management plan. We are seeking volunteers to assist with land projects, alongside some long-term volunteers. People are welcome to bring their own caravans, van-lifers, yurts, live-in vehicles and small buses. Long term there are chances to get educational certification (eg welding/ chainsaws, 4x4 driving) and help with office administration (PA/bookkeeping), big tree work, building, or mechanics. CURRENT PROJECTS Our tasks are varied & seasonal. Current and ongoing projects include: * ...

Welcome! Our family owned and operated certified organic livestock farm in North Central British Columbia is excited to have you stay and become a part of everything we have going on. We’ve been operating since 2008, primarily raising Berkshire pigs, Dexter cattle, Katahdin sheep, laying hens, broiler chickens and of course bronze breasted turkeys for thanksgiving and Christmas. On top of that, we’re home to two Labrador retrievers (Ned and Nelly), 3 outdoor cats, and a family of Muscovy ducks. In other words, you will never find yourself not in the company of animals! Aside from livestock, we have recently built a small farm store / café that cooks the meat raised on the farm. We also take pride in creating all recipes from scratch, from the sauces to the buns of the burgers. Currently only operating during the summer months, 3 days per week. It’s been a lot of work, but a great way to get more people out to the farm, eating good food and connecting with the community. We also proce...

Want to help us at BRUNY ISLAND? Possibly this weekend, it's great weather! This would suit a couple or a group of friends wanting a short but fun adventure. BRUNY ISLAND has BEACHES, FORESTS, BIRDS, NATURE, and so much more. We are located at Adventure Bay on the South of the island which is roughly a 90 minute journey from Hobart. About 3 hours work per day include raking, watering, wood stacking etc - nothing difficult. We might even collect oysters by boat as the weather is good. Food & accommodation provided. Also Star-link WIFI. It’s our holiday house. The ferries depart every 30 minutes from Kettering. We live & work in Hobart so we usually stay at our house in Hobart. If you have any special skills like cooking, painting, etc tell me - but it’s fine if you don’t. . The house has 2 bedrooms, a cabin, & 3 caravans that also have multiple beds - so we can sleep LOTS of people if needed but sometimes we only need 2 people. We also have 2 swags if you prefer and plenty...

We have been renovating our 300 year old farm and house since 2007. We have an 16 year old son. We have accomplished a lot but there is still plenty to do. WHAT TO EXPECT: To benefit most from the experience, you should appreciate living in a natural environment, interacting with nature, and other volunteer helpers from different countries and cultures. The air is very clean and fresh because we are at 860 meters of altitude and our farm is surrounded by forest. We are not technically considered a bio farm, however, we value and try to live by its principles. It is a physical lifestyle. It is advised to bring strong shoes and hiking boots if you have them. Having lived in the Alaskan bush for many years, we live rustically. We have both travelled a lot in the past and enjoy meeting people from different countries and cultures. Normally, we work from 8am to 1pm have lunch and then helpers are free to do what they want. We value hard work but also enjoy having a good time too! TO ...

We run a beef cattle stud of about 400 Herefords 50km south of Fox Glacier. A lot of stock work is done on horseback. Close to the sea, mountains, river and lakes. Good fishing and hunting at the back door. Help around the house and garden is always appreciated, as well as help with all other general farm tasks. I would like to point out that this is farm producing livestock primarily for meat. We are also a largely carnivorous household. We would prefer your first contact with us to be messaging through this site rather than cold calling on phone. You have seen our listing ,we would like to see yours. Current tasks : Mustering for calf marking/tattooing , Silage and baleage making .shifting stock, ,fencing, with maybe some tractor driving Horse riding experience an advantage but not essential. We always have fences to repair. Also the routine stock shifting and general farm work. And there is always the need to shoot another deer for fresh meat. September/October is calving f...

We are near the Shoalwater Marine Park and Penguin Island 40mins from Perth city centre. Very close to public transport, cafes and library. Ideal for beach walking, diving, swimming, cycling, fishing, sailing and windsurfing (beach is 60 metres away). Accommodation would take form of a fully insulated cute tiny garden room with access to undercover cooking area and bathroom. IT is small so please See photos. On week days we are usually working in Perth so we cant provide meals, but a well-stocked supermarket is 200 metres away. When possible we can take turns for meals if possible. We average 2/3 hours a day painting, plumbing gardening and other repairs and can negotiate best time to do that, for example maybe it’s more convenient to do two longer days during the week.Greg is usually available to help you with your car or take you fishing, boating or sightseeing if you’re willing to free him up from his other commitments. When you email please let us know when you plan to get to Per...

Kia ora We are Walter and Julia and together we have an eight year old daughter Clara. We live in Glenbervie Whangarei on a 11ha lifestyle block. We milk our own house cows (raw dairy is part of our daily diet). We also have beef cattle, calves, chickens, a dog and one cat. We live on a 5-hectare avocado orchard in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, 5 minutes from Waihi Beach. We are looking for couples or two friends who have their own transport, interested in short stays in return for 3 hours of work per day or equivalent, helping garden, cleaning, painting, and/or working on the orchard.

The world is full of amazing things and possibilities and Life can never be dull for the seeker with an open mind. I am very passionate about hidden truths and wisdom and always keen to learn and share (if called for) I do not drink or smoke and i like vegetarian food but i m pretty flexible.. We have one property in town which we run as a guesthouse and we occasionally need help to keep gardens tidy and general housekeeping. But main tasks will be on our lifestyle block. We are looking for either a couple or two friends. Help needed with household duties like window cleaning, dusting etc. and gardening/landscaping. Our place is great for people who would like to learn more about raw milk and how to process milk into butter, cheese or ice cream. Yum! We ask for 4 hours per day or combined hours with next day off. Meals and bedroom with shared bathroom provided. Beautiful quiet property overlooking Glenbervie forest. We cannot cater for vegans. Vegetarians are welcome but please keep in mind meat ...

We appreciate people helping with dishes, etc., after meals. Wendy works Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. During those days, you will be left to work by yourself. We are a Christian household. We have a sleepout located next to a tennis court, featuring one double bed, a shower, and a toilet. We also have free Wifi for guests. We have surfboards, and Waihi Beach is less than 5 km away. We prefer people who are not vegetarian or vegan. We have a couple of cows. Tauranga is a 40-minute drive south, and Auckland is 1 hour and 30 mins. north. In return for work, we would provide accommodation and food. NON-SMOKERS ONLY. Please only apply if your profile include...

Perhaps whilst enjoying some liquid refreshments in one of the rustic cafes/ ba...
