This is a Standardbred Race Horse (Harness Racing) farm at the foot of Tamborine Mountain. Located 45 minutes from Brisbane in the beautiful Gold Coast hinterland. We breed and raise dwarf goats and chickens and ducks. We are a 162 acre farm, next to the Puketi Forest near Kerikeri. We have hills, streams & ponds and are centrally located for sight seeing. **Spaces Available May, June, August and September 2026** Come and join our Friendly team in the Hebrides. We have a minimum stay of 3 weeks but prefer a month. In exchange for 20 hours work per week, we provide free accommodation, access to the breakfast supplies, free Wifi and laundry. You can often see deer, raccoons, bears and the silver backs of salmon and Steelhead fish jumping in the ebb and flow of the river’s pools. We live on a large forested property with spectacular views of the Salish Sea. Depending on when you arrive, there are three possible locations: 1) My countryside villa in the Stockholm archipelago (Vaxholm area) This is the main place — surrounded by nature and water, and only 45–60 minutes by bus from Stockholm city. Even better: you can take a boat straight into central Stockholm in about 75 minutes — it’s one of the most beautiful trips you can do, island-hopping through the archipelago. 2) My apartment in central Stockholm Perfect if you want city life, cafés, museums, and nightlife nearby. 3) My house in northern Sweden — “The High Coast” This area is stunning and wild. Hi There my name is Roz and my husband Mark we have a 400 hec beef farm in the kawhia area. Kawhia is a small rural village on the west coast. It would be best if helpers had there own vehicle. But I'm also ok with picking you up at the main towns as long as you are happy to stay a week. We would prefer a couple or friends . we are looking for help with garden maintenance,firewood,a housework light farm work.
