Hello! We are Andrew and Gail We are a British couple who made the move to France many years ago in search of a different way of life. What began as an adventure renovating old buildings by ourselves has grown into a life we love in the beautiful Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park, one of France's best-kept secrets. Before settling here, we spent years traveling, volunteering, and exploring different cultures. We spent extensive time on the road traveling by motorcycle, volunteering on community projects, and meeting wonderful people along the way. Those experiences taught us how rewarding cultural exchange can be, and they continue to shape the way we welcome helpers today. For more than twenty years we have been exploring and falling in love with this remarkable region. We now run three holiday homes in and around the village of Le Monestier, welcoming guests who come here to enjoy nature, walking, cycling, photography, local culture, and the simple pleasure of being surrounded ...

Hello! If you’re a solo traveler looking for a peaceful, safe, nature filled place to stay, we’d really love to hear from you. We currently have availability from Monday September 7th to September to September 14th and September 18th to September 25th, then from 25th October onwards. We pause hosting from December to February because the heat and humidity make outdoor work uncomfortable — focusing on the cooler months means your stay is far more enjoyable, relaxed, and productive. 🌱 Who We Are We’re Craig and Yvonne, easy going retirees in our late sixties who’ve built our dream life on a forested acreage (not a farm) overlooking Wallis Lake and the Pacific Ocean. We love welcoming curious, kind, nature loving helpers into our home and creating a safe, calm, and friendly environment — especially for solo travelers who appreciate comfort and respect. 🛠️ Your Role (Flexible & Supportive) We’d like you to help us in the mornings, five flexible half days a week, starting early, with ...

We are Axel and Mônica (both 52). We are living in Portugal and our house with 3000 squaremeters of land is in a small village in the countryside of the beautiful Algarve. We can offer accommodation (bedroom - as you can see on the picture - and separate bathroom for you) and meals of course. Behind the village the mountains start, so here is a lot of nature, the beaches are 30km away. The next town (Messines) is 4km away, the next village about 1km. We need helpers in September or October for two or three weeks for some work in our garden. We prefer a couple or two friends, but if you are a single helper, you can contact us as well. Helpers are very welcome to our house!

We are set on 11 acres of beautiful land with wonderful views over the waters of the Manukau Harbour and with direct access to an expansive beach reserve. At the heart of the light filled house is a meditation room filled with musical instruments and opening onto an expansive lawn which is the setting for outdoor living and communal gatherings. These include occasional house concerts, seasonal celebrations and co creative musical sessions where we can experience our spiritual interconnectedness with Nature and one another. Help is needed in the house and on the land with tasks that include maintaining gardens and fruit trees, cutting grass, clearing weeds, making compost and cutting wood. I welcome people who love Nature and who can work with focus and commitment. In exchange for 24 hours work a week I offer a comfortable room , delicious and wholesome vegetarian meals, access to beaches and bush walks and the possibility that new doors will open for you.

The local area is full of native bush, plenty of walking tracks (southern walkway, mt albert lookout, red rocks seal colony), beaches for swimming/snorkelling or surfing, and being close enough to the city to enjoy other attractions Wellington has to offer too. We used to host via couchsurfing and love meeting people from around the world and hearing their stories or just chatting in general (over a decent cup of tea!). However a few injuries, busy life, trying to renovate, and a section that loves...

Our farm is situated in a peaceful valley near Samoeng, 75km north-west of the Chiang Mai city, welcomes you to stay with us to learn about a simple way of life, organic farming, cooking, meditation and Buddhism. The farm is run by a former Thai monk, Chinnaworn, and his Japanese partner, Noriko. The farm is not only a place where vegetables and fruit grow to nourish the body, but also where seeds of mindfulness are planted and tended to for the heart and spirit. Being in a peaceful environment, free from distractions we can see what parts of our mind may need to be ‘weeded’, and which seeds need to be watered so that they can grow into peaceful flowers for us and all we meet to enjoy. In the farm, meditation and mindfulness can be put into every day practice. Mindfulness is a word used in connection with Buddhism and meditation. It means being very aware of every phenomena inside and around ourselves. Cultivating mindfulness is the start to a journey to understand the ultimate trut...

Hi helpers, We are looking for 1 to 4 people to come for 1 or2 weeks, we can negotiate a bit longer or shorter to suit . We live in the country, we are wanting help with some light gardening, and generally keeping up with home maintenance and small building jobs. You would have your own rooms in our home. We ask for 4 hours help per day. (Some helpers have preferred to do a whole day and then take a day off to go tramping or explore the area, (completing the Tongariro crossing is a long but doable day trip from Marton.) We are about 2-3 hours from Wellington, Taupo, Hawkes Bay, and Taranaki. We have had lots of helpx and wwoofers stay over the past few years and really enjoyed all their company. Please have a look at our profile and our previous helpers comments and E-mail or call us if you think you would suit or if you have any questions. Looking forward to meeting you.

Welcome to our family-run permaculture farm in the countryside of Bilecik, Türkiye. My name is Selçuk. I started this farm in 2008 after leaving my white-collar career to build a life closer to soil, animals, food, and nature. Today I live here with my wife, Julia, and together we share our daily life and farm activities with guests from different cultures. I have studied Culinary Arts, Agricultural Technologies, and Medicinal and Aromatic Plants. I also hold a Permaculture Design Certificate (PDC) and have training in holistic management. My main interests are animal systems, fermentation, food transformation, and practical permaculture. Real Rural Life Life here is simple and genuinely rural. We do not offer luxury or hotel-style comfort. You will experience the realities of countryside life: animals, soil, mud, changing weather, quiet nights, and days shaped by nature. Guests stay in a simple guest space on the farm. We provide three meals a day and usually eat together. Food ...

We are a couple in our 30's. Since to years, we have a 100 year old wooden house that we are currently renovating by ourselves. This is a "mini-farm": 1 ha of land and a small barn. We grow vegetables, root crops, and keep chickens for self-sufficiency. We have two cosy cats and a pensionist dog ;) Besides our interest in this kind of lifestyle we also love climbing, trail running, skiing and ski-touring in the winter. The mountains are very closeby ;) We would like some help with the continuous work of renovating our house and other construction-work. In the autumn of 2026, it will mostly be about helping with adding insulation and replacing the exterior cladding of the house, as well as replacing old windows with new ones. Some days we might also like some help with the animals/vegetable-garden/making fire-wood, foraging.... etc.. Lennart is swedish/ spanish and Sara is Swedish. We both travelled alot and lived in different places around the world in our 20's. We like to share tought...

"Stay for at least 2 months (or more!) " We are a hip boutique hostel in Shinsekai within walking distance of Tsutenkaku Tower, a famous symbol of Osaka. After 16 years, and hosting almost 100 HelpXers, at our property in Larnook, in the Northern Rivers region, Steve and I have moved to a new place in Tenterfield, at the northern end of the New England Tableland. All of our reviews up until September 2024, are related to our previous place. We are now ready to accept HelpXers at our new place. Steve and I are a gay couple and we offer a high quality experience (as you can see from our reviews) and so we expect our Helpers to pitch in and help. The more you put into your time here at Tenterfield, the more you will get out of it. We have lots of small work jobs at present including lots of weeding and gardening, mowing, establishing herb and vege gardens, pruning and cutting back and some other work. Our property is situated a few kilometers west of the town of Tenterfield, in a quiet, rural area. We usually expect around 4 hours per day of work in exchange for all meals, your own room, access to internet (for checking emails, looki...

Welcome! Your choice: You can exchange two hours help a day for the room only, or you can work for 4 hours a day and we provide meals. We have a private spot close to town here, and are two friendly people, a little dog, and some chickens. Our quiet and green home is in easy and pleasant walking distance of Nelson city centre. It's like being in the country. There is also a bus just steps away, if you want to get into town quickly. This is a good mix - looking after trees, garden, house and each other; making music; preserving fruit, etc We - meaning us two, Ian and Eva - love WWOOFers who enjoy what we are doing, and want to be friendly and part of the family. Eva is a Homoeopath, Ian is an Engineer, we both love to sing, eat, and share good food, and have fun with friendly woofers. The house is surrounded by green hills, with some of Nelson's best bike tracks and walks right next to us. We love cooking and sharing meals. After managing hostel and B&B for 20 years I've just starter a new project. I bought a new house (currently under construction) and a piece of land (approximately 28000 m2) in order to make my home and kind of permaculture community so there are still many things to do. For now volunteers would be housed in the small wooden house in the picture which has a double bed , wardrobe and kitchenette, there is no bathroom but you can use the tiny house for toilette and any electricity use. I just started to make a food forest and also many veggie garden and I would like to enlarge it in order to increase the number of grown plants. The help would mainly consists of land maintenance (cleaning, farming, fruit harvesting, planting trees, construction and refurbishment of infrastructure, irrigationetc.) but there will be also time for various briefings (e.g. how to graft and prune trees) and fun. Food would primarily consists of fruits and vegetables in season major part coming from our own prod...

Gardening, housework, light mechanical, a bit of hunting, all sorts of things, never boring.A wicked sense of humor is a good asset to bring. handy to Routeburn and Greenstone tracks. You will need your own internet connection as I don't supply wifi. A bit isolated, not for the precious, no trophy hunters!! Please don't apply unless you intend to come for a minimum stay of two weeks. One person only. We do not get involved with internships or visa applications. Vegetarians and vegans would probably not be comfortable as we eat meat daily. I am off grid and totally dependent on solar, so you have to charge your devices during the day and definitely no hairdryers! Accommodation is a house bus in warmer weather or a room in the house in winter, not shared usually. Lastly I also play the guitar (badly) and sing (worse) but it's all about smile not style :-) , please don't come if you have a heavy cold or flu, I'm involved with the elderly. Cheers Al

Cheers Al
