We are a French family living in Worsley, a peaceful and friendly area just 10 minutes from the train station that takes you straight to Manchester city centre. Our home is also just a few stops away from the stunning Peak District, perfect for hiking and a true escape into nature. Our guests would mainly be involved in some gardening, household chores and the kids school run. This space is a creative retreat, a house and a small farm land where the work rooms are placed. We are open all year and we host artist and projects from all over the world. Our residency has a very comfortable house where artists can rest, eat,sleep and be together and the work facilities framed by a garden and some small farm animals. It´s placed in a green and peaceful village close to the river, surrounded by beautiful forests, fields and mountains. The village where the residency is placed has some grocery shops, caffes, bakery, greenhouse of biological agriculture... Tondela is 4km´s and it´s a small city that have supermarket´s shops, caffes, museum, turism office etc. We need someone to help us with the daily tasks, like feed the animals, gardening,water plants,basic clean,general maintenance,cleaning the animal area, check if something is missing in the house supplies,some gardening, help the artists with there work and needs, and help us with office & internet basic stuff...

We have a lovely estate, really heaven on earth, but it is a lot of work to keep it so beautiful, so we welcome talented, energetic, enthusiastic, clean, helpers! We are set in the heart of Chianti surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, horses, alpacas, chickens, dogs and a cat. We love eating what we can grow and respect the nature that surrounds us.
